Minoo really delivers.
From the first time I sat in her chair, and wasn’t sure what to ask for in order to bring out the look I wanted, Minoo was patient, explained what my hair can and cannot do (also important), and suggested a few things that really made a difference!
I always walk out of Lab48C feeling more confident and happier. One of the things I love most about Minoo is that she always asks how you feel about your hair, and what kind of change you would like.
And she has a great eye for colour and cut to make that change happen.

Minoo has been my hairdresser for a couple of years now, and every time I see her, my experience gets even better. I have curly hair, and finding someone who truly understands how to work with curls isn’t always easy. Minoo really listens, understands my hair, and always helps me find what works best for me.

The style and cut she gave me made such a difference. She brought out the best in my curls, made my hair feel so much better, and honestly boosted my confidence so much. She has the softest touch, is incredibly gentle and caring, and makes you feel like more than just a customer.

She always welcomes you with a beautiful smile, delicious coffee, and a little journey of self-care. ❤️

She even helped me while she was on holiday when I urgently needed to freshen up my hair. She managed to arrange an appointment for me through her connections, and honestly, she made my day!

I had my hair bleached, and she took the time to explain every step clearly—what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what to expect. She also gave me helpful advice on how to take care of and maintain my hair afterwards, which I really appreciated.

I had a very disappointing experience with this haircut.
The layers were cut extremely bluntly, to the point that they looked like a shelf, and they were also noticeably uneven. When I eventually went back to my regular hairdresser, their immediate reaction was to ask what the intended plan for the layers had been because they could not make sense of the shape.
The bangs were also cut far shorter than I wanted. They were choppy and cut at two noticeably different lengths. When I raised my concerns about them, I was told to “trust the process”. Three months later, I am still waiting for them to properly grow out. I had also been clear about the overall length I wanted, but this was not followed.
For the past three months, I have worn my hair up with pins and gel because I have been so unhappy with the cut.
What frustrated me most was that this overpriced haircut ultimately felt much more driven by the hairdresser’s own vision than by what I was asking for. I left feeling that it was her show rather than a haircut based on what I actually wanted.
