I received a part that broke upon assembly and their support (Alva) was absolutely wonderfully helpful, they answered within a short time and send a replacement within a few days for free.
I will be buying from Lampan again in the future.

I ordered 3 lamps
I ordered 3 lamps, only one lamp was delivered. I have to chase up to see why. After that, they said it was out of stock. The website is still displaying available. I could have buy from other place and arrive in time. Bad customer service!
Maybe lampan.se has no idea as there was no mention of any kind of ordering from the supplier. Here is your email to me so you can perhaps "remember" the case.

When you placed your order it was after the high season. The product you bought was not in stock and therefore we had to order the item from the supplier. We sent you the item we had in stock and was waiting for an answer from the supplier. But you managed to contact us before we could give you the right information.

'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the help you received from our customer service. You have chosen to pay with a credit card and unfortunately we didnt have the lamp in stock. When paying with a card, reservations will be made on the amount straightaway and this is a very common procedure. As soon as your order was annulled the reservation was released.

I have to say that this online store had a great service, from the way the product selection was made, to the payment procedure and also after order questions that I have raised with the team. Very professional and quick!
The products that I have ordered are quite basic and not the best quality and you can find them to a much lower price in store.
Nevertheless, the company and the way they handled their online activities is very professional and trust worthy. I was very impressed and I would highly recommend this online store.
