Top notch service every time. I've used L&C several times to organise mortgages and they never fail to provide a great service. Lucy was so helpful in getting us the best deal and making sure we were still on the best deal right through to completion. Excellent, will definitely refer anyone I know who needs a mortgage.

I got response from a mortgage advisor on Saturday, It was very quick and we started the process. During the process I always find some to reach and got a proper responses.

I've had great experiences with L&C - and Caitlyn in particular. I initially used them for my mortgage when I first bought my flat and, after such a positive experience, I went straight back when it came time to remortgage two years later.

On both occasions, Caitlyn has been exemplary. She is knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly helpful, while also being friendly and approachable throughout. She is always quick to respond, keeps everything moving and is genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. She makes what can be quite a stressful and confusing process feel straightforward and manageable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caitlyn - or L&C - to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser, and I’ll certainly be coming back to her again when I next need to re-mortgage.

Overall I think the broker did a good job, however he had no awareness of ethical mortgages, which I found extremely surprising. Please ensure that your brokers are trained in this area.
