I should really give this app one star, but I’m a fairly kind-hearted person. This app manipulates streaming data. I can’t trust this app anymore. If you know, you know🫡
xenophobic app that specifically limits non western artists. Racist and hateful admins on twitter, switch to better app, it’s not worth it either to collaborate or use. 0 starts if i could.

Unprofessional people are running the app, and they're openly admitting to deleting users' listening data and name dropping which artist.
The whole purpose of the app is to track what people listen to, but if the new update deletes a user's listening history and only aim at certain type of artists, then what's the point of it? It's no longer a reliable app.
Racist comments by staff members

Horrible.
I don't recommend this app to anyone,
I wouldn't let kids anywhere near it! Not safe.
I am absolutely shocked by the way this app moderators, staff and owners are behaving.
They have openly stated they do not want a whole fandom as their customers. Which is fine, I cancelled my subscription.
But what they don't have the right to do is censoring and showing openly hostile behaviour toward artists and towards large groups of users based on their music preference.
After the app's administrators themselves have shared openly that they do not want to see me and my fellow fans and the artists we like on their app, the situation have evolved in some kind of xenophobic and misogynistic crusade against their own users.
From a music application for scrobbles, imagine.
Dystopian experience.
This company is so dodgy
This company is so dodgy. They are blatantly prejudiced against non-Western artists and are clearly scared of the organic success of BTS. Manipulating data to make your favourite Western artist win is pathetic. Then trying to prevent BTS fans from deleting their account is cowardly. I'm going where the data is transparent instead.
Lack of providing the basic service the app is for
The management of this app have openly and blatantly advertised themselves & their preferred community to be blatantly xenophobic, & have begun erasing scrobbles from users they do not agree with listening choices on. What good is an app that is literally for tracking your own music listening history and stats if the app team will literally manipulate your own personal listening data? Just because the racist management cannot fathom real fans loving non English music, they call them bots and remove data, literally saw real time my own history being changed, and half of my history is no longer accessible. Racism and xenophobic behavior are not a good driver to maintain a user base - deleted profile and will never go back. There are multiple comparable tracking services - mass migration of many thousands of fans who are tired of their real listening history being labeled as "bots" because management doesn't like the artist - if you have to delete your real users data to artificially inflate English based artists - that is a choice you can make, but the "bots" you are invalidating can choose to leave your spotty service and call you out on it.
Do not recommend, I switched to stats.fm but have also heard good things about musicat. I hope more people choose to looks into the information behind the headlines instead of just assuming that fans are mad they can't cheat - that was never the problem. A streaming tracking service that tells me that because I most prominently listen to my favorite artists regularly, I and my listening history is no longer valid is. It defeats the purpose to not be able to see my own real history, literally what this app is supposed to be for.
Annual subscription successfully…
Annual subscription successfully cancelled, you racist bastards. Besides being racist, there's a review here saying that last year they were defending a pedophile. Delete your accounts and subscriptions; it's NOT worth contributing to keep this site running.
Couldn't even use it
I couldn't even access or sign for last.fm, someone was sending me a sign apparently. Racist workers: I don't know if the thought of possible non-Western artists surpassing their dear children in the American industry keeps them up at night or makes them throw a fuss as if they were 3 years old children. Eliminating reviews because they don't accept the truth apparently. They thought they would be slick af but it resulted in losing thousands of users because they like to throw tantrums. Lol, hire new workers who are fair and square, dumbos. If you know, you know.

Increasingly Unreliable and Poorly Communicated
Frequent outages, inaccurate scrobbles, poor communication, and a lack of transparency have made the platform increasingly frustrating and unreliable. Recent dismissive messaging and some changes appeared to single out one particularly successful artist and a large fandom, leaving many users feeling unfairly targeted and excluded. The tone and comments used only reinforced those concerns and gave the impression that their success was being treated as suspicious or undesirable. How can users trust the platform to track their listening fairly when discussions about “authentic” listening appear to disproportionately focus on one particular artist and fandom?
There are many alternatives that offer similar services with better communication, reliability, and a more welcoming experience.
If you know, you know.

It doesn’t record my scrobbles. I scrobble around 75 to 100 per day, but last month and also lately it only records like under 50 scrobbles per day? Wth
The western glaze
First of all its very poor management and always has some issues
Second of all disrespecting BTS army while supporting paid and payola artist removing our streams
And calling us bots when we are genuinely dedicated to our artist unlike others who leave their fandom
The western glaze is too much
true artists are getting blocked and mind you jealousy can be seen

I really want to give this a ⭐️⭐️ but recent events have erased the goodwill I may have held for this company. Tens of thousands of users were blindsided when it was revealed that changes to the application were being made to target one particular fandom. The targeting of the Artist through their fandom and tone employed have used to confirm these changes has absolutely eroded any trust in this service. How can I trust the company to count my scrobbles correctly when it decides how and who you should be listening to in order to be considered “authentic”. There are many other platforms out there offering the same services without the side of xenophobia and their apps are actually user friendly and functional.

Best Website for music tracking
Best Website for music tracking. It works wonders for tracking how my music listening changes over the years. They have responded to multiple critiques me and my friends have made on forum posts. And really seem to care about music fans and their comunities
If you know, you know
This application is not serving its purpose, I would call it useless honestly. It is not counting my use of streaming platforms, which I thought is due to technical problems with their application.
Imagine my surprise when I realised they just don't like the music I listen to and they aim to remove it from their charts.
So I am now removing myself form this platform and I won't be using their service again.
Regardless of what music I like or dislike, I expect from an application that is claiming to track all users interest to reflect their actual users interests. They definatly don't do that anymore.
I have never imagined that an application dedicated to music fans and wildly used by fandoms will want to suppress and exclude actual real users who angage on daily basis with their application, just because we are not western music centred.
Their blatant disrespect toward artists and fans is borderline xenophobic.
