I have brought the pants from this…

I have brought the pants from this company for years & loved them.
However last winter I brought a paintant leather look pant & within 8 weeks the coating was falling off.
I contacted the shop I brought them from & they were sent back to the manufacturer to assess for a refund.
They refused to give me a refund or my money back.
This was very disappointing because they were a lot more expensive then the normal material. & I have other coated pants that were much cheaper & have lasted years & never had this problem. I couldn't attach the photos but happy to supply them.
I would like a refund or a replacement please.
