Bought the iris stud and 5mm backs, couldn’t get them properly threaded so popped in to the boutique. Lovely experience with a very helpful piercer who popped them in my piercing properly. I’ll definitely be back

I came along to Laura Bond for a piercing on my close friends birthday! The experience was so lovely that it’s made me want all my future piercings (and now tattoos) here!! The staff are all lovely and friendly, there’s no rush on deciding which jewellery you’d like and they really seem invested in you making the best choice. It leaves you feeling like you love your piercing more - because you will always remember the experience! I will definitely be back! Xx

I have been to Laura Bond on many occasions, whether for a piercing with the fabulous Sarah Crowe, or just for shopping for some amazing earrings.
So when my 18 year old son said he wanted his ear pierced, I immediately booked him in with Sarah.
Fabulous customer service and just general care, as well as lovely people.
He loves, I love it. Definitely recommend.

Too tight to wear
Unfortunately the nose stud post is too short so I can't wear it ☹️ I understand no returns policy and why, but maybe it could be noted on the specifications that the 5mm post is on shorter side. Buying nose piercing jewellery is hard.

Excellent experience every time
I’ve visited multiple times and the staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
There are cheaper options in the city for both piercing and jewellery but the overall experience on offer at Laura Bond is second to none and the jewellery selection has a lot of variety.
They genuinely want their customers to be satisfied with their service and leave happy which is always how I feel after visiting.
