I believe a lot of family members and friends must have left reviews for this rating. On other platforms, the complaints are all consistent. Terrible communication, constant rescheduling, fees were going up and my yard looked like crap....In my personal experience, they made me pay. $15/cancellation fee because my mow was reschedule for the 4th time, for today, and what do you know, a no show....Yet I'm responsible to compensate the "Pro" for carving out time for me. Worth it not to deal with with this...can't call it a business. Task rabbit pricing is comparable, and they follow through.

The lawn service is great but checked the box for bush trimming and was told after 5 days, LawnLove didn’t have any people to do the job and try again later. I did it myself in the heat.
That was a disappointment.
