Lawn love is super easy to use and has a very quick turn around time in responding. The only issue is that since you don't always get the same people quality can vary. While I have never had a bad cut, sometimes it is cleaner or more detailed

Lawn Love and Lawn Starter is the same company. I was doing business with Lawn Starter so much trouble, damage to my expensive landscaping putting dead grass and cut of dead bushes on my mulch, I changed to Lawn Love thinking I was finally going to get good services “NO”. Lawn Love did a poor job just like Lawn Starter dead grass everywhere then they will say you got to pay us more money to pick up the dead grass a lawnmower with a bag is too much money for me to afford. One of their employees rated them out and said, “the company take all the money when you pay $68, we only get $20” . This employee started up his own business and asked me to come over and pay him directly $60. I did he did a poor job with having a mower with a no bag behind it, dead grass everywhere from front to backyard. I think I need a break from these money hungry lying businesses. It hard to find good honest people

My pro John did a great job and showed up on time and was professional I give him 5 stars. The company lawn love I give zero stars though . If this was about the lawn love it wouldn’t be high at all. Before John I had multiple reschedules and bad experiences with customer service. Before John it took months to get someone out because of the rescheduling. I would not recommend the company but would recommend my pro John. He has been the only positive experience I’ve had and that’s because he showed up and didn’t reschedule. So thank you John because as a whole lawn love the company is unreliable and has terrible customer service. They also raised my lawn price 25% without notice after I dealt with the multiple rescheduling and rude pros. And false promises by both. When they finally cut my grass after a month I was charged a long grass fee which was a result of them not showing up I called and complained and I got it credited but not refunded which caused me to have to stay with the company to get the money back. After they credited it though they raised the price 25% on my service so I still had to pay something. I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my love and recommend using a different company!

Cancellations, reschedules, and then being left high and dry is not how I’d say a lawncare company does good business. Being nickeled and dimed for services typically done together (mowing and weedeating, for example) is a quick way to make the customer feel like they’ve found a fun way to experience “bait and switch.” Services not available shouldn’t be offered and scheduled when no “pro” is actually available. Being billed for extra long grass when the reason it’s so long is because the “pro” disappeared? Ridiculous. I’m not at all satisfied and I’m eager for my “contract” to conclude.
