I’ve been satisfied with all the services that LawnStarter has provided for me. I will continue to use them when needed.

When the pro actually shows up they provide prompt acceptable service. I’ve had pros cancel on me back to back and took a month for my grass to be cut.

Awesome Job!!

I experienced numerous last-minute cancellations with no explanation. Custer service isn’t that helpful, as they have the same information you do when attempting to address the issues. This service is like Uber for lawn pros who are making this a side hustle. Great concept, terrible execution. We are currently working with our third lawn pro. He seems to be reliable.

Customers beware:
This company has failed to reimburse for property damage caused by their so called “pro”, clearly caught on our Ring cameras. Their claim process is a huge waste of time, management refuses to speak to customer, causing a web of frustrating emails that get nowhere. We have discontinued service & are being forced to take legal actions.

Thank you for doing the mowing as usual in good time and excellent condition. It is a good thing to have the home where my son lives look as well as it can.

This company told me it would be $57.00 to mow my yard and they charged my account $76.00. I don't want to do business with a company that says one price and then charges more. I also took a screenshot of your quote for $57.00

One star even not worth for this company, they're middle man with local lawn mowing company and up-charge to the customer. My mowing service was not done and they said the charge is not refundable because it's not verifiable. What a scam cumbat shitty E company.

the crew that did the mowing was great. They did a fantastic job. However, I keep asking my pro to have my lawn service scheduled anytime M - F. I have requested this many times, However I keep getting scheduled for Sat mowings. Please help in getting this changed. Thanks very much!

Great service. But they add a tip in automatically with no way to say no to it. But even with the tip their service is good. And the lawn maintenance workers are very nice and kind to speak to on a grounded level. Great service to have

Emerson and his partner are wonderful. They have made my yard exactly the way I want it. They are reliable and quick. I am glad I found Lawnstarter. It is very reasonably priced and easy to connect with. Highly recommend!

I used lawn starter for approximately 3 months. The provider repeatedly rescheduled my lawn mowing until my lawn grass was as high as mid thigh. I would call and complain and would be promised that someone would be out immediately. Of course, all I would receive was another text stating my mowing had been rescheduled again. Finally my husband saw mowers across the street from our home and asked them if they could mow our yard right then. They finished the yard they were working on and came over to ours and did an excellent job. My service with lawn starters was cancelled of course, but still today I got another text that my mowing g has been rescheduled again and I don’t even use their service any longer. If I was still waiting on lawn starter I would need a tractor at this point. The worst service I have ever had and highest priced. Do not use this service if good reliable service is what you’re looking for.

David D&V from Lawnstarter has done a phenomenal job with lawn mowing, weedeating, edging, blowing cuttings, and also trimming bushes on our property for past month. This is the first reliable lawn professional I've encountered, especially after using other services that were always canceling services unexpectedly. He listens to the directions and does an exceptional, professional job. I appreciate Lawnstarter for offering legit professional services. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the app loading time, it takes several minutes to load when you initiate it, spin wheeling time may frustrate customers used to fast apps.

My service with Lawn Starter found Kevin He mows every other week. I know when he’s scheduled and also on his way. He’s very dependable, affordable and my lawn looks great.

Jonathan arrived in just enough time to mow the yard before a thunderstorm hit. He worked right up until the rain started and did a beautiful job on trimming the yard. Our neighbors also complemented the appearance of our yard.
