Amazing service. Provided significant service and great overall for a lawn care need when needed. Love the work that LawnStarter puts in each week, it is really great overall from them. Highly suggest giving this company a chance. Very impressed each week for the care provided to my lawn!!

After being a LawnStarter customer for over 2 years, I was extremely disappointed that this was how my service ended.
The service pro did not show up as scheduled. I’m not sure why, and honestly, that is not my main concern. My issue with LawnStarter is that they should be prepared when something like this happens and have a backup technician available.
I mentioned to the representative that it would have been nice if the technician had reached out to let me know he could not make it. Instead, I had to contact him first to find out if he planned to come.
Rather than the customer service representative responding, “I apologize for the inconvenience,” she replied, “I see where he responded to your message that he was out of town.”
Did this customer service representative really just say that to me??? Did she just excuse this poor communication and lack of consideration??? This is unprofessionalism on turbo.
Days passed after my scheduled service was missed. My grass became so overgrown that I’m lucky I did not receive a fine from the HOA.
LawnStarter kept promising that someone would come out, but no one ever showed up.
Do you think I received an apology? Nada.
Because of this horrible customer experience, I would not recommend LawnStarter to anyone in an HOA community, or honestly, to anyone at all.

The two gentlemen who provide us the service are a pleasure to deal with.
The email notifications of date of service confirmation, and then the heads up that they are on their way is appreciated.
The service is unobtrusive and completed quickly and efficiently, consistently by the same two service providers which is appreciated.
I highly recommend LawnStarter.

I used them for two seasons, and during that time had probably 8 different pros assigned. Some canceled before even cutting my grass. Others lasted a few times, then they canceled the service on their end. Even after complaining, they were unable to provide service for 5 weeks this year during late summer. The latest pro didn’t do any trimming and skipped most of my yard. I found a local pro who agreed to do the job for slightly less. They showed up on time and did a great job. I can’t recommend LawnStarter at all based on my experience.

LawnStarter started off by changing my Pro several times for reasons that I didn’t understand. But now, I have a team that does very well. After a rough start, I’m a happy camper, and my lawn looks great. Thanks LawnStarter.
