Cordiero has been doing an excellent job providing lawn services at the Leeth’s property, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the professionalism and dedication he has shown throughout the entire process. Recently, there was a misunderstanding regarding the property line, which led to a portion of the lawn being completed incorrectly. Mistakes like this can happen, especially when boundaries are unclear, but what truly stood out was how Cordiero chose to handle the situation.
Without being asked, and entirely on his own time, Cordiero returned to the property to verify the correct information. He took the initiative to make sure he fully understood the layout and boundaries, and once he had the accurate details, he redid the lawn promptly and with complete professionalism. His willingness to correct the issue without hesitation demonstrated not only his commitment to quality work but also his respect for the customer and the property.
We had a productive and friendly conversation about the misunderstanding, and everything was cleared up quickly. At no point did the situation affect the quality of his services. In fact, the way he handled the confusion only reinforced how reliable and understanding he is. He approached the matter with patience, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things right, which speaks volumes about his character and work ethic.
The lawn was completed beautifully, and the final result shows the level of care he puts into his work. I appreciate the connection and the open communication we shared throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values professionalism, takes responsibility, and ensures the job is done correctly from start to finish.

Henry is a good communicator. If he’s delayed (usually due to weather) he contacts me directly via the app. He is responsive to requests, prompt and professional. He does good work for a fair price; overall very satisfied.

Great, efficient and fast!

These people are the worst. They are voices on the other end of the line, and rely on communication via emails, texts, app. They constantly send messages with updates but take their sweet time to even begin the job. I’m waiting for the 1st job to begin, all the while it’s constant updates but still no grass has been cut. Logging on is difficult but necessary to read their in-scripted messages which probably say WE’RE NOT THERE YET!! Logging on to my banking is easier that lawn starter 😖 Why so secretive and so complicated for a grass-cutting service?
