We are grateful to Legacy Online school for providing our daughter with a wonderful and fulfilling school experience. We were new to online schooling and anxious about what to expect but felt relief almost immediately because our daughter is happy, motivated, and confident- something our public school was unable to provide. We have been pleased with the teachers and staff, their knowledge, and their responsiveness to any issue. We feel it has been a very positive experience and are proud to be a part of Legacy.

My daughter was in public school but for some reason there was always an issue with behavior, her not paying attention, loading interest and her grades were not the best after finding out she had so many medical issues both physically and mentally we decided to try homeschool. I researched so many schools and finally decided on legacy. It was the best decision I made. This is her second year there and not only is she thriving, I can tell she has more confidence. Her teachers so far have been so patient and they really work to keep the kids engaged so my daughter doesn't have time to "not pay attention". She had become a straight A student that brags about the school and the teachers. This has been a blessing and I can only pray she continues to excel.

Overall a good experience so far. School year just start and the staff has been very helpful and tentative. Look forward to the rest of the year.

1/5 stars — Beware: Failed to deliver promised 1:1 support for my daughter’s IEP
I enrolled my daughter in Legacy Online School’s 1:1 program specifically because she has an IEP and needed dedicated support to catch up on gaps that public school never addressed. Before enrollment was even finalized, she was evaluated by two different teachers on separate days, one hour each, to determine what type of course structure would best support her. After the second evaluation, it was determined she needed 1:1 instruction. This should have been a well-supported placement from day one. Instead, it was one failure after another.
Rather than starting 1:1 classes on 8/17/26 as planned, we instead met with the assigned 1:1 teacher and an LSS (Learning Support Services) team member to go over my daughter’s academic needs, with the understanding that this meeting would allow the teacher to provide correctly targeted support starting 8/18/26.
On 8/18/26, the teacher showed up completely unprepared — randomly clicking through games and videos from the online lesson with no actual instruction behind it. To make matters worse, she wasn’t even able to get the educational videos to play with sound and couldn’t figure out how to adjust the settings so my daughter could hear them. My daughter never received real 1:1 teaching on the lesson skill, and none of the assigned lesson work was completed. I told myself it was just a first-day adjustment and that things would be more structured going forward.
Instead, on day 2, the teacher didn’t show up at all. When I called to find out what was going on, I was hung up on — twice — before I could reach anyone. I finally emailed the LSS team out of frustration and received a callback apologizing and promising a new teacher would take over effective immediately for day 3.
Day 3 arrived, my daughter logged in on time for her new teacher’s 1:1 session — and again, no teacher showed. At that point I’d had enough and emailed enrollment to withdraw her.
For a program that specifically evaluates students and markets itself as providing individualized instruction for those who need it most, this was a complete breakdown in preparation, communication, reliability, and basic follow-through. If your child needs consistent, dependable 1:1 support, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
My son has been attending Legacy Online since the beginning of the year and the courses and services has been SUPERB. We experienced a financial set back in June , which disrupted my son's service. I reached out to the staff informing them of the issue and when we could resolve it. The Legacy Online staff did not hesitate in ensuring my son was able to pick up where he left off in his studies by renewing his subscription. We were so grateful for their understanding and amazing assistance! It really showed me how much this school cares about their families and students!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Legacy Online School and deeply regret choosing this platform for my children.
During the initial enrollment process, their team was attentive, constantly reaching out, following up, and always readily available to answer questions. However, the moment enrollment was finalized, that level of service completely vanished.
I was never even given access to a parent portal—my children were simply tossed into classes without my knowledge or approval. To make matters worse, they have my children's profiles and assignments completely mixed up. When you try to rectify these major issues, it is impossible to reach an actual human being. Every single phone number I call leads to an AI assistant that claims it is transferring the call to a live support agent—only for the line to disconnect every single time.
Being unable to reach a live person when your children's education and records are messed up is completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like a total bait-and-switch scam.

There is always someone to answer you untill you pay. Then - it's a kind of magic: they all dissapear.
Today was supposed to be my son's first day of school. We got no links to join classes (probably no classes anyway), no schedule, nothing.
No one answers the phone, emails or whatsapp.
unfortunately, we have come to sadly realize we fell for a scam.

They are always late for scheduled appointments. Legacy was a no show to 4 appointments to schedule my son’s classes. When AI transfers your call to any of the teams, it hangs up.
We really wanted to try this school. We have scheduled and fought for 2 weeks to get this completed. Very disappointed
Update 8/14/26 scheduled meeting at 9am and 2pm and no show from legacy. Scheduled another 4pm just in case. No one reaches out etc.

The learning specialist conducted the lesson well and she made me feel reelaxed which helped me do the demo lesson with ease. Her feedback was also very constructive and helped me reflect on what I need to improve on.

Amazing platform. Real quality. Flexpoint of University of Florida which you use as content generator is an excellent choice.

I am deeply disappointed with our experience with Legacy Online School. As a parent, I trusted them with my children’s education and privacy, but that trust was broken.
Without my consent, my minor daughter’s full name, photo, and video were used in a promotional YouTube advertisement for the school. Even after I raised my concerns directly with them, her image and information continued to appear in marketing materials.
This was very upsetting and concerning for me as a mother, especially knowing how sensitive children’s privacy should be.
In addition, my son, who has special needs, experienced bullying while enrolled, and I did not feel that the situation was properly addressed or handled in a way that made him feel safe.
I am sharing this so other parents can be aware and ask very careful questions about privacy, consent, and student safety before enrolling their children.
