We worked with Louise Reading to secure a mortgage as first time buyers - she was fantastic throughout the process. She responded immediately and was always only a phone call or email away. She took time to explain our options clearly and was always more than happy to answer questions. She didn't bat an eyelid about several hiccups (from us and our solicitor) and was able to resolve them with no issue.
