Easy process and glasses are as promised
It was easy to select the glasses I wanted with features I needed. They arrived before the original delivery date. The fit is perfect. I ordered transition lenses that darken outside and in the car. They perform as promised. I found the whole process to be as eady and efficient as buying glasses in store.

Outstanding customer service
I've ordered glasses from Lensdirect.com before and always been happy with my purchase. This time I ordered my glasses with the lenses a gradient purple which turned out to not be good look for me. After speaking with a very helpful customer service person they offered to remake the lenses for me. This is above and beyond customer service and is greatly appreciated.
