Excellent online lens store with fast impeccable delivery service
I was so relieved to find an online English language lens store in Belgium after moving here from London and realising I need to urgently reorder my lens I forgot to stock up on before arriving. It was super easy to navigate the site and set up the first order. However, I was even more pleased with the fast delivery, with no fault, and that has been my consistent experience with them for more than 2 years now since the move. When transport strikes once affected the delivery times, obviously, for reasons outside of their control, they were kind and quick in arranging a second express delivery to the nearest optician's store after receiving the query. Highly recommend this store for quality products and easy and professional customer service.

I never received any feedback in regard to my reporting the non-professional attitude of the lady who talked with about a new contact lense. I rarely encounter such arrogance. She should have been fired.
