Dear Leverage Team,

​I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the aggressive, illegal, and unacceptable behavior of your recovery agents regarding a 10 to 15-day delay on my EMI payment.

​Due to a recent job loss, I am currently facing an unexpected financial crisis and am actively interviewing for new opportunities. While I am fully committed to clearing my dues once my situation stabilizes, the harassment I have faced over the past few days is completely unjustified:

​Invasion of Privacy & Defamation: Recovery agents have come to my residence, created a public disturbance in front of my society, and threatened my landlord with police complaints. As a direct result of this public scene, my landlord has issued me a notice to vacate my house.
​Harassment of Family: Agents have been calling and threatening my parents, who are in no way involved in this matter.
​Relentless Calls & Threats: Continuous intimidation tactics and non-stop calls have severely impacted my mental health, resulting in panic attacks and making me feel unsafe in my own home.
​I have held loans with other financial institutions in the past where minor delays were handled professionally and within legal boundaries. The current conduct of your recovery team violates RBI guidelines regarding debt recovery practices, which strictly prohibit harassment, intimidation, public humilation, and contacting family members or third parties.

​I demand the following immediate actions:

​Cease Immediate Direct Harassment: All physical visits, public scenes, threats, and non-stop calling tactics must stop immediately.
​Stop Contacting Third Parties: Instruct your agents never to contact my parents, landlord, or any references again.
​Formal Communication: Keep all future communications restricted strictly to email or official written channels.
​Interim Consideration: Grant reasonable time without harassment while my job search and internal processing are underway over the next 45 days.
​If this harassment, public defamation, and third-party threatening does not cease immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Banking Ombudsman (RBI), file an official complaint with the local police station, and report this to relevant consumer redressal forums.

​I expect a written acknowledgment of this email along with confirmation that your recovery agents have been instructed to stand down.

We applied for a refund nearly 2-3 months ago due to some financial constraints we were not able to continue..after so many calls..msgs... nothing fruitful happened...as we r senior citizens and retired person..we atleast wanted some refund..but all in vain...when they required money we transferred immediately but since 3 months we have been literally requesting them ...we did not expect this from leverage...very sad..

The experience has been great, there is always clear communication & help from the head coach, entire team.

I had a very disappointing experience with Leverage. I paid ₹1.8 lakh to Leverage, along with approximately ₹1 lakh in college fees and around ₹1.8 lakh for accommodation, trusting their assurance that my son's admission to Italy would be completed on time.

Despite repeatedly informing them that my son's entire academic year was at stake, I received poor communication and almost no meaningful updates. Even after months, his CIMEA, DOV, and admission summary were still not completed, while students who applied through other agencies had already secured their admissions and even received their visa appointment dates.

Because of Leverage's delays, my son missed opportunities elsewhere, and his academic year has been put at risk. I have completely lost confidence in their services and have requested a full refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

I would strongly advise students and parents to think carefully before choosing Leverage for international admissions.

Still not getting refund. 4 month have been passed. They provide wrong information to us and confirmed for refund. But we are still awaiting for refund as committed.

I had taken Advice from mr Adithya singh from leverage edu, to Study in Dubai university, but he told to transfer advance amount of 2.5lacks , and he told it’s refundable, now he is not responding from December 2025 don’t trust him , not replying my message also very bad , be careful before transferring the money. Very bad company

Leverage Edu i scam.
They are not helping me out in anything, Im in Berlin and they have my money, also scammed me in a contract and accommodation and now they are not doing anything

Leverage edu is a sophisticated scam ..
I contacted leverage edu month ago and they literally spammed me for 1 week for taking their consultency bla bla.. .
And when I finally gave them my docs ( like my secondary, HS, Bachelor's marksheet and yea the passport details along with CV) they literally ghosted me..
Nither they are contacting me nor talking to me when I'm trying to reach to them, as I've clearly said to them that I'm only looking forward for scholarships, no loans and low ranked college/uni etc .. as my profile is pretty good .. they said no. Literally.. no.. keep saying that I need a loan of (45L) and also for mid tier college abroad..
They are just one of those shitty bastards who just wanna milk us till they are satisfied.. they don't give a shot about the students and their future career..
Also a point.. they asked for ~2.5L for their services and (the visa and college application fees included in it)...

Had a really good experience. Gre preparations and profile making was good.
I had to opt out from the program due to an emergency, and the refund process was really smooth. Uruba and Syed kalim really helped me thorughout the process.
