Responsive and speedy resolution to a delivery issue

I had a query with the dimensions of a product and used the chat it to report my query and then very shortly afterwards received an e mail from a real person confirming they had taken in my query and they would get back to me. No overall response as yet but acknowledged very quickly.

I would like to highlight the convenience of the Click & Collect option. Swift transaction and great customer service. Very pleased with the experience.

As I am currently overseas, my situation involved a few extra complications, but the team was incredibly understanding, patient, and willing to help throughout the entire process. Even though I was assisted by different team members at different stages, the communication was always smooth and I never felt that I had to start over or explain everything again.

Amazon mucked up a delivery and Liberty responded exceptionally quickly delivering replacements within 24 hours. Excellent customer service. This is why I love Liberty.

Excellent advent calendar, wife is extremely happy with it

I contacted to find out about a product communicated via WhatsApp got through quickly then they passed query onto the right dept. Came back to me the next day and answered my question.

I messaged customer service on WhatsApp which was AI. A human emailed me almost immediately and resolved my query instantly. I was so impressed with Ongezwa. Polite, professional and knowledgeable.
It is not often customer service is so efficient. Well done Liberty.

Very helpful service following an online purchase. I was emailed exactly when they said I would to be told the order was ready for collection. Staff in customer service were very friendly and helpful when I went in to collect the item.
