Used to be great honestly. Had a monthly gfuel subscription that turned up, like clockwork, no issues. Reached out in December as nothing turned up, got "We shall investigate for you". Its taken a month of back and forth to finally get the answer "we cancelled our subscription service and emailed our customers". I didn't get an email. And am confused how it took a month of customer services comms for them to also realise they didn't offer the service anymore

Atrocious service. Ordered two products that work together for our son for Xmas. On Xmas day husband realised the controller in one of the boxes was for a pc and not an Xbox so asked for it to be exchanged. The other box being fine. They asked for proof it had not been damaged so we sent photos, they then said they wouldn’t exchange or refund as it had been opened. Absolutely disgusting. Go elsewhere! We now have over £200 worth of items that are useless as we have the wrong controller.

Chose a TM Warthog Hotas bundle, incredibly good value compared to other retailers.
Ordered Friday and delivered next day by 0930 with DPD.
Even with Saturday delivery was still cheaper than Thrustmaster and Amazon.

Order placed on 16th September for a Nintendo switch lite for my child’s birthday, order stated 1-3 days Royal Mail tracked, which is false, as I have still not received my order and has been confirmed by Royal Mail that parcels from this company are sent 2nd class Not tracked! Royal Mail have confirmed they have now classed the order as lost, but the company are still refusing refund!!!! I had to go and purchase another switch from Argos on the day of my child’s birthday. Absolute shambles of a company and customer service have just fobbed me off after numerous messages!

Communication is horrific.

Made an order recieved wrong item, emailed them only response was when could they collect the wrong item then no response.

Only way of contact is there stupid form which takes ages for a responseor Facebook or twitter.. to contact on twitter you need to pay to subscribe. If you contact on Facebook they ain't there just auto response saying there not open.

Very poor communication and poor service. Don’t bother wasting your time. Made an order, paid for next day delivery, received no tracking details, I emailed them in the morning asking for my tracking details, no response and obviously my order didn’t arrive.. they responded to my email 3 days later. Got refund via PayPal

Have ordered 4 times from lime pro gaming now and thought it was time to leave a review as every order has been delivered the day after ordering, pricing is good and the websites easy to use.

Company doesn't respond, I wouldn't buy from these. Certainly don't pay for next day delivery. SCAMMERS

I made an order with next day delivery for my daughters birthday (Nintendo switch).

The order did not turn up, and was marked as "Submitted" on the website, nothing arrived on its due date, and nothing has turned up since.

I have rang them, facebooked them, tweeted them, emailed them, creating a support ticket, and not heard back at all.

It is really really poor service; if there is a problem with deliveries etc, put that on the website. Don't take peoples money and then not deliver on it.

I am seriously concerned I am going to have a battle now to get my money back.

Everything fine and good apart from you shaker cup being cracked and impossible to use because I lose half the drink after shaking it because of how much it leaks, I've been told they will send a replacement so I'm just waiting to see if this Is true, if so I will update both my reviews to 5 stars if they actually send me a replacement.

Nothing has arrived!

Last summer, I ordered a few things from their website and waited for the package to arrive. I live in Europe, so it shouldn't take too long. After 2 months, I finally reached out to their customer service, and now, 8 months later, they have told me that I will get my money back. I waited another 2 weeks, and still, nothing has arrived. I'm really frustrated and unsure of what I should do.

Avoid at all costs - customer service team are very inconsiderate and only care about themselves. Bought Astro headset that doesn’t work, now I’m stuck with them.

Terrible returns customer service, evri have attempted to deliver 3 time, nobody would except 4th attempt then item returned to going on since 13 Jan, PayPal case in progress terrible service

Decided to get myself a birthday gift and decided to get the absolute no brainer Astro a40 TR + mini amp pro TR system for Xbox / pc. Now I have to be honest. The price and review got me thinking more than twice but decided to purchase anyway. Oh my god this headset has blown my head off. It sounds like I’m in a plane considering I use it for simulators. Picks sound up so nice. My advice to anyone after this is ignore the reviews and don’t be scared of the price being so low for a awesome product. To finalise, ordered at 18:25 and it arrived within 2 days. Hope this helps with your decision on a product. 👍

Ordered an astro a40 headset from limeprogaming and my order got flagged by shopify for a security check, thankfully the sales manager Joe went above and beyond to sort out this problem for me and upgraded my delivery free of charge to get it sent out to me asap.

Unreliable customer service where the customer is not placed first. I would not risk placing an order of any value as an error in delivery will result in a lengthy refund process. I am currently waiting for a refund two weeks after requesting one and a lengthy chain of back and forth emails. Customer service are essentially expecting me as a customer to do work for them.

Very fast delivery of the Pewdiepie G Fuel can, arrived in perfect condition and was a fair price. Gotta feeling I'll be ordering more things from this site in the future.

I use LPG manily for Gfuel as they have the most reliable and wide range of Gfuel available in the UK.

Thw first order took a bit longer to be delivered, about 2 weeks if I remember correctly, but that is because they ran out of the flavour I have ordered so I had to wait for the restock.
Despite that one occasion, I am happy to say that every time I have ordered since, the deliveries were delivered either next day or in maximum 2 days from the date that the order was placed.

I am pretty pleased with their service and hats down for their customer service (I was helped by Joe) as they were patient explaining the issue and suggesting other available options.

I made an order on 22 januari, they promissed a delivery before 4 februari. Today, after 12 day s i have nothing received.
So be warned, there are a lot of other companies where de deliverytime for the same product is less than 2 days!!!!!!
