On July 16 2026 I purchased 4 Lindt 100 gram chocolate bars for my grandchildren, when we got home we opened them and found they were damaged,as if they were stored improperly, they looked melted,I sent pictures to Lindt, and they offered me $5.00,for $21.00 worth of chocolates that I purchased, very unhappy with this company, for what they charge for their products, you’d expect a better response to the customer.

Birthday voucher is such a con

Birthday voucher is such a con. You have to spend £10 to use it but the item offered (£5.50 is some other stores) isn't even on their website! Same thing last year so I went to the 02 shop as nothing else was near and they didn't want to honour the voucher until I made a fuss.

Made an order and the main item missing costing £20.50. I had to email and ticket No::231518.
I was promised a refund on the 29/10/25 but still not showing and emailed again with no success.
Order No: 100001597737
Rang this am and waste of time as had to leave message. Absolutely appalling that you order approx 6 items and main one missing.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. I placed an order which was almost for £80, it arrived with items missing. The order was placed on the 30th Sept and has still not been resolved after several emails and telephone calls.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Customer Service non existent

Received my order from Lindt online with 1 item missing. Filled in the online form advising Lindt of this, heard nothing from them. Telephoned the UK number, 02086024100, chose option 1 re online orders and the call was immeadiatly ended. Called again and tried all 4 options, after being on hold for more than 6 minutes for each option, a recorded message then said Lindt were unable to take my call and I was to leave contact details for a call back. Did so for each option and have heard nothing at all. As the missing item was a gift I have now decided to purchase again using Boots online. Disappointed in Lindt. Customer service is non existent. Won't use them again.

Rip off

I bought a box of the new Lindt chocolate wafer (hazelnut). Absolute rip off. You pay £6 for a box which is half empty and only has 9 wafers in there (there’s room for another 5). Worst of all it tastes like a Kit Kat and not sure about the hazelnuts…. Or hazelnot, soft and tasteless.

Delectable

At least for now, the price I am paying for these chocolate canoes is fair enough. They are one of the most Ddelectable, deliciyes and pampering treats on the market. If you haven't tried them yet, please do at least once.

I received a birthday voucher for 200g…

I received a birthday voucher for 200g Red box of chocolates. The email clearly stated that the voucher was valid up to 29th January 2025. However, after making a special journey to make my claim and purchase a 200g box of orange chocolates at East Midlands Outlet, I was dissipated to be told that they were out of stock of orange chocolates and I had to make a minimum purchase of £10 to claim my 'free' box of chocolates. Needless to say I then felt obliged to make a purchase in order to claim the so called free box. I won’t be falling for that one again so be wary and scroll right to the very bottom of the email to read the T's and C's.

Terrible service, never again

Ordered a lot of chocolate over a week before Christmas, Lindt website said it was on a 5 day delivery. 3 weeks later, still no chocolate. You can imagine the disappointment when there were no Christmas presents. Worse still, Lindt have not replied to my requests for an update through any channel and have twice ‘moderated’ my 1 star review on their website saying it did not meet their criteria! Clearly a 1 star review is not what they wanted - try actually delivering the chocolate then maybe your reviews would be better!

Not impressed

Not impressed. I adore Lindt chocolate and signed up last year. I received a birthday voucher last month for a free 200g red box in store or online, which is useless. There are no stores anywhere near me and to use online one has to spend £20 - just to use a £6 voucher!!! How is that a free birthday gift???? The box wasn't even showing online at the time I tried. What's wrong with a voucher to spend in a supermarket that sells the product? I even emailed but got a curt email saying that's what the offer is as if the person didn't understand the query.

My son is currently visiting from N. Ireland and happened to go past the Wembley shop today so he tried there only to find they don't have the red box in stock. Would it have hurt them to offer an alternative? Extremely poor customer service and I will be cancelling my membership.
