I’m really happy I chose Linea after comparing several different aligner brands. The whole treatment process was clearly explained from the beginning, and I always felt well supported throughout my treatment. Their customer service has been excellent, and the app makes everything really convenient, from communicating with the team and making payments to submitting progress photos.

I had my treatment with Dr Amin in Sydney, who I found to be genuine, honest and gentle when it came to my teeth. As I’m based in Darwin, I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to book Saturday appointments or later appointments after work, which made the process much easier.

Although my treatment took a little longer than originally expected, I’m very happy with the final results. Overall, the experience has been really positive, and I would definitely recommend Linea to anyone considering aligners.

I had a great overall experience with Linea. My dentist, Michelle at Syndal Dentistry, was excellent — she explained the process clearly at every stage. Customer service was responsive throughout, though it was occasionally tricky to get an appointment at the ideal time. When Michelle went on maternity leave, the replacement dentist wasn’t quite as strong, but things picked back up once she returned. I needed one round of refinement to close a few remaining gaps, and the whole process took about 15 months. Very happy with my results in the end — would recommend.

The process of getting my clear aligner treatment with Linea was amazing. Their levels of support and communication was amazing from start to finish. They partnered me with a great dentist who I will continue to use as she was just lovely. Their competitive pricing is what originally drew me to them but their service throughout the process was faultless. The treatment process was as smooth and seamless as possible. The customer service team were amazing to work with and so kind - they were so responsive to all and every question I threw their way. My dentist did an amazing job at keeping me informed about how my smile is progressing too. I am very happy with the results of the treatment and how my smile turned out! I decided to go with Linea due to the price point. It’s true, their communication is good, they have an app to provide monthly photos etc. I must admit that I rarely uploaded my photos.
I had on tooth that sat back from the rest on my lower set of teeth. my treatment plan was meant to be 9 months, but I’ve had to have multiple rescans, additional aligners on multiple occasions, and many rounds of teeth filing (IPR).
After each set of andditional aligners would arrive in the mail, I would immediately open the last retainer to check where the “problem tooth” sat. And each time, I could feel that the “problem tooth” was positioned further back than the rest in the retainer. I raised this with linear, but was told to see how it goes.
I also questioned the teeth filing as my teeth are on the smaller side already. I was told that teeth filing would likely be the best option.
On my last visit, I questioned the dentist whether there is an option to expand the teeth before bringing them back into place. However, I was immediately told that it would take too long and then the dentist filed my teeth again. They have been filed 3-4 times now and i still don’t have the results I was hoping for. And since I have already had multiple revisions, I was told that I now need to pay extra to continue.
As I am not keen to have my teeth filed any further, I have decided to remove the brackets, and explore other options.
This was a disappointing experience for me as i did not get the desired outcome and i was subject to much more teeth filing than i wanted, resulting in smaller teeth.
Also, I don’t feel like my concerns were heard.
I feel like linear and the dentist wanted the quickest outcome.
