Beautiful, versatile, flattering, high-quality, and comfortable!

I was worried based on all of the reviews here, but I had an excellent experience! This is one of the most beautiful, flattering, and comfortable dresses I've ever owned, and the linen and stitching seems to be of great quality. I can't speak on durability as I have only worn it once, for my graduation, but I expect I will find many opportunities to wear it. It is a versatile dress that can be styled in so many ways. If I had one comment, I do wish there was an option to gather the back of the skirt as well.

Although there was a delay in shipping due to lack of seamstresses, the company was very open about that. While there was some uncertainty about the dress arriving in time for the event I ordered it for, the shipping itself was fast and it arrived in time!

I would definitely order again!

Love it

Sure it was a long wait and the original order got lost in the mail. However, the team at linnenaive was kind and very professional in helping to find a solution. When a replacement order arrived the quality and beauty of the items where beyond my expectations I absolutely adore them and will definitely order more soon!

Scammer please never oder from this…

Scammer please never oder from this website they are fraud company they place order of dress while the dresses are not in stock then force to take other one when I refuse they waste time and at last said they refund money they take 177 euro from me and not refund me they are fraud and dirtiest

Amazing quality

I don't understand why there's so many hateful reviews. I've bought 2 dresses and 1 skirt and they've all been fantastic quality and the shipping was decent too. I get so many compliments on them. Also had contact with customer service and got a reply very quickly on how to wash my garments.

Stop the Linennaive hate - their clothes are freaking amazing

I have two dresses, a blouse, and a coat from them. I keep reading poor reviews, but honestly- the quality is GOOD. Proper fabrics, well sewn, and the images gives a very good idea of what you are getting. I have been pleasantly surprised at how well made the clothes are every time I have ordered. My coat had a slight production error in it, and they gave me a refund sufficient to get it fixed professionally. I really do not understand the hate they get. I get stopped several times, every time I step out in any of these garments. Every single time! Only thing is that with some items, that are made to order, takes long to receive. However, they have kept me in the loop on it and been upfront about it the one time it happened.

Horrible returns

Sketcky returns to home adress, and they do everything in their might to slow and deter you from requesting a refund. Please please please save yourself the headache and order anywhere else. Also the quality of their linen is very thin and not worth their prices.

This hooded coat is AMAZING!!

This hooded coat is AMAZING. Handcrafted, intricate details. Price is definitely a deal for the amazing high quality you get! Shipping time is definitely worth the wait. The customer service is excellent with timely communication about shipping. Super happy with my coat and will purchase more items in the future!

Worth it, but be prepared for delays

I placed an order in early April, with an expected delivery window of late April to early May. However, the package only arrived at the end of May.

The main issue was the tracking information: the initial tracking number provided was invalid, which was quite stressful and gave the impression that the parcel might have been lost.

That said, the customer service was very responsive and polite throughout. They answered my questions, eventually provided a valid tracking number, and even offered a compensation voucher for the delay.

When the order finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The dresses match the photos and descriptions well. The linen quality is good, the garments are well made, and the sizing is accurate. I also did not have any customs fees.

Overall, the experience was mixed due to the long delay and initial tracking issue, but very positive regarding product quality and customer service. I am ultimately happy with my purchase, though patience is definitely needed.

false advertising

I ordered the "leather" under bust corset belt for my wife as a birthday present. Took almost two months to receive, maybe understandable as it was supposed to be custom made by hand. When we received the piece, it was neither leather or custom made by hand, and it was $149. Material was a cheap blend of polyester and cotton.

Nice dresses but don't expect refunds

The dresses were really nice. Mine were sadly too big so I wanted to return them and get a refund. I was in contact with them and I got all the information, very quick response. Sent the package back and all of a sudden it was impossible to get in contact with them again. I got notivied by the post office that it was delivered. Haven't heard a single thing from them. Luckily I paid with Paypal, I sent them a message via Paypal but also no reply. In the end I went to Paypal to ask them for my money back.
So if you buy something here, know that you actually cannot return it, or only with a lot of trouble.
Also they have some kind of address based in the UK, but I don't know what that is because the money is transfered to some Chinese account, the dresses were also shipped from China and I had to return the dresses to China (and pay the return costs myself - 50 euros).

No refund

I bought a top and tried to return it. I was advised to use a very complicated and expensive procedure to do this...but although it was complicated I followed the process to the letter. Despite this, and despite being able to see that the package had arrived in China, the company said they were unable to receive the return and only refunded me £20....leaving me £85 out of pocket. I think the company are scammers and I'm just grateful I didn't spend more on clothes from them.

terrible scam store

terrible quality clothes, they lie about the material content and looked nothing like the photo so i emailed them and started a return. they said i had to pay for the shipping myself and told me to write that the package was worth only $59 even though it was $700 worth of clothing in there which is extremely concerning and illegal. i had to pay $140 for the return shipping to CHINA! and now it has been a week since the return delivered and they still have not refunded me.

Beautiful, High-Quality Clothing!

I have two items from Linennaive and they are both absolutely wonderful. Materials are good-quality linen and wool. Construction is really solid. There is as much fabric in the skirt of the dress as is shown on the website. Prices are expensive, but honestly, the quality is worth it.
I had to be in touch with customer service for an order I made as a gift. Customer service was very quick to respond and offer solutions. The dress shipped the next day.
I highly recommend Linennaive!

They took my money and promised a refund and never sent the items. This site as well as its other name lenvexy.com are totally scam stores. After many emails I still have not received items or refund.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. Avoid at all costs. Cheap China gear, stinks of smoke and doesn't fit, they won't accept return unless you pay a fortune and follow their illegal rules which leave you unprotected. Now having to claim through credit card.

Lovely dresses!!

Honestly don't get the bad reviews. Bought from here 3 times now and every time the sizing was correct and the quality was amazing. I bought 2 dresses and 1 skirt and I have had 0 issues with them. I get so many compliments too

This company feels like a total scam

This company feels like a total scam. While the material is indeed linen, the quality is so poor! This is a dress that should cost $35 not $165. Their lack of transparency around their return policy and the sketchy lies they ask you to tell while covering the shipping costs further confirm this company’s lack of integrity and quality. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Buyer beware!! Do not purchase from this site!
