Disappointing Customer Support and Refund Policy
My experience with LinkedIn has been extremely disappointing. I was charged CAD $153.28 for a Sales Navigator subscription, canceled within three days, and requested a refund within the stated seven-day refund period.
LinkedIn denied my refund, claiming I had used Premium features. Despite contacting support multiple times, I was never given a clear explanation of which features were supposedly used or when. Instead, I kept receiving the same generic response, with no meaningful answers to my questions.
The issue isn’t simply that my refund was denied. It’s that LinkedIn expects customers to accept a decision without providing a specific explanation for it. For a company of this size, I expected much better transparency and customer service.
CAD $153.28 is a significant amount of money, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in LinkedIn. I’d strongly recommend reviewing the subscription and refund terms carefully before signing up for any paid plan.
A company should be able to explain why it is denying a refund instead of repeatedly sending the same copy-and-paste response.

**My Disappointing Experience with LinkedIn**
I am extremely disappointed with LinkedIn's account restriction and appeal process. My account was restricted, and after submitting an appeal, I received an email stating that my appeal had been rejected. However, the account status continued to show “Temporarily restricted — please wait.”
I understand that platforms must enforce their policies, but users deserve clear explanations, transparent decisions, and a fair opportunity to resolve account issues. The lack of clarity in my case has been frustrating and has affected my ability to use the platform.
I request LinkedIn to review my case again and provide a clear explanation of the restriction.
I hope LinkedIn improves its customer support and account recovery process.

Forced to download an app to verify ID…
Forced to download an app to verify ID so they can scam download numbers, then the login pops up 1000000 times trying to auto log into random gmail accounts, have to counter 100000000 popups and reloads to login to an app so they can fake download numbers. Epstein class behaviour.
Hopefully some kid in their moms basement vibecodes a new site in half an hour. Pathetic cretins.
LinkedIN is a scam
LinkedIN is a scam. It wants you to upgrade to Premium and then it charges you a fortune even though you don't want it. Most of the job listings are bullsh** and have already been filled. STAY AWAY!

Dangerous Trash - Close your Accounts
Linkedin is absolute trash. I just discovered that this company has an erroneous telephone number printing to my profile. Probably a phone number from a criminal that hacked into their system and inserted it into my profile. There is no way to remove the telephone number and when we contacted them about this incredibly dangerous and serious matter, the morons working for their customer service that are probably just AI bots did nothing and kept stating that there was no telephone number linked to the account. It is printing onto the profile and we sent them screen shots and print outs and they simply ignore it and closed the ticket. We will close our account. These firms need to be shut down. They are run by bots and stealing data from the users, exposing them to criminals, and dangerous and incompetent firms with no accountability. META is being fined 1.4 trillion dollars by the attorney generals in the United States for child endangerment. All of these tech firms need to be sued by the attorney generals. They lie, they cheat, they steal and endanger humanity.
Customer support is nearly impossible to reach
I'm a LinkedIn Premium member, and I've been paying for it for quite some time — $589 for the premium subscription. Part of what I'm paying for is supposed to be access to real help when I need it. When I needed help with a billing issue and wanted to cancel, I found out there is no customer service phone number at all — support is chat-only, and the chat kept sending me in circles without getting me to a person who could actually help. I was told someone would call me, but the call never came through. I even went in and changed my phone settings to make sure unknown calls could ring through, and still nothing. I have a video of the endless loop of non-help. For a company this size, charging premium prices, customers should be able to reach a human being.
Impossible to create an account
Impossible to create an account, having to verify hundreds of different images as a security check. Also have to upload ID which LinkedIn then refuses to accept.
Constant error messages/ try again -something went wrong. Then it states an account already exists with my email address , sign in. Can’t sign in as it then says incorrect credentials use another email address as this one is already in use. Don’t think so as I’ve never had a LinkedIn account before and it’s the only email address I have.
Bloody ridiculous.
Account restricted and support is…
Account restricted and support is completely unresponsive (Case # 260923-008410)
My account was unfairly restricted, and I cannot get any help from LinkedIn support. The verification forms crash, and the support team completely ignores my requests or leaves them unresolved.
I am locked out of my profile with no proper explanation or human assistance.

Outdated filters/ Premium is not worth it
The current job search functionality on LinkedIn feels outdated and heavily cluttered with social feed content, similar to Facebook. The filtering system requires a major overhaul. Currently, it is impossible to filter job postings by a specific language. Additionally, the "recent jobs" algorithm is highly repetitive; even when using the "past 24 hours" option, daily users are constantly shown the same duplicated listings. Adding much tighter time filters such as "posted within the last 2 hours" or "last 12 hours", would greatly benefit active job seekers who monitor the platform daily. Given these limitations, the Premium subscription does not offer enough value to justify the cost.
Terrible System
Absolute rubbish - I’ve suddenly “failed” their verification system and mechanisms to rectify it go round in endless circles

Company like their staff ' rubbish
So, noticing its been over a year since they barred me from commenting and posting i asked for a review..
Dealing with their uneducated, lazy and incompetent staff/children is so frustrating.
You know that a company doesn't really care about its reputation when they can't even respond to all of this comments..
Haven't seen a company with such a bad rating in a long time..
AI integration is destroying humanity.
They removed their manual job search, and inserted an AI slop search that doesn't quite work at all even after many people voiced against this.
very bad design
They blocked me before i could even create an account
This site is useless
This site is useless. If it's supposed to help you get a job it's not doing what it's supposed to be doing I do not even know why it exists. I never once have gotten a job off of this site no one never responds. If I could give it a zero I would. My husband is a member of it never once has he gotten a job from this website.
Put somebody on the wheel!
There is clearly, "no one at the wheel". It's awful, embarrassing. How are they allowing this to be that bad? Don't they check TrustPilot reviews?
Their usability sucks, their courses, their status, their dumb AI, their stupid job tracker, their brainless "quick apply"...everything sucks or does not work properly. It seems that they just don't care as long as, some poor souls try to get a job using that sh*thole.
Everything LinkedIn is wrong. Everything.
What a crappy site it has become with AI
It is the perfect exemple of a platform that doesn't focus on the jobseeker, it is a money seeker now. They have destroyed the search with the AI which should be just an option that the user can turn it off and go back to the classic mode. Now only the ones who pay show up first. If the job has just been listed but it is not paid for it can show up in page 3, 4 5 etc screwing up the most recent posted job seach. It is a crap job site now.
this is a total scam
this is a total scam. why can i not log into my account without uploading more sensitive personal information. it is the ONLY platform that will not delete your acccount without collecting every ounce ofinformation that could be used to steal your identity. i don't trust it at all
gonna be a class action lawsuit soon
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Won't listen to my explanation they only care about taking your money. This should be illegal.
