I’ve been using Linktree for several years and have created multiple Linktree pages over that time, both free and paid. What I love most is how easy it is to use, how flexible it is, and how quickly I can make changes on the fly without any technical hassle.

One thing that has impressed me is that Linktree keeps adding new features and improving the platform, including useful monetization options for creators and businesses. On top of that, their customer support has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.

The response to my request for help was super fast. I was on the chat and had many answers already that were very helpful. When I reached a point that they couldn"t help me anymore, they said someone would contact me (I had given up), but the did reach for me very fast!!! all staf was very polite and helpful and I solved the problem by myself just trying again... they made my day happier, made me smile. Kind people, hard to find!

I think the key strength here lies in its straightforward simplicity, both for visitors and administrators. Hopefully the price will stay stable, especially since it’s already at the upper end of the range. But if you want something high-quality, you have to be willing to pay for it. I like it...

Why I am suddenly signed up to pro when I never activated it? I got an email saying my free trial was ending soon. I don't have any recollection of signing up.
I can't find any option in the settings to cancel it. It only gives options to upgrade. I am following all the steps.
Please advise. I just want to cancel

Linktree is an amazing website. Easy to use, simple design, even the free version was stylish and easy to set up.

However since they just announced that they will start using AI in July 2026, I will delete my account and use something else. I will not stand idly by when another website force ai down my throat, or use ai to steal my text or visual content in any shape or form.

Good riddance.

They've been charging me and scamming me out of more than €50 on my bank account for over four months, even though we don't have an active subscription. They don't answer emails or calls. It's unbelievable. SCAMMERS

I want to cancel this account, I do not know how I even signed up for it. They make it very difficult to cancel and are frustrating me for 12 hours now. I just want out.

You have to upgrade to a paid plan to unlock the best custom font and layout styling options, but Linktree is an exceptional traffic routing tool. It serves as the perfect digital window display for our Instagram bio, letting us guide our clientele straight to new lookbooks and seasonal arrivals from a single landing page. It keeps our brand visual alignment spotless and saves our team hours of updating individual bio URLs.
