I bought 2 pears of iem's
I bought 2 pears of iem's and the cheaper one gave up working 2 weaks after I got it and communicating with the support was a pain. I live in Hungary and te replys was 1-3 day's. The more expensive iem that I had failed about half a year after purhase but the communication was really hard and for me frustrating.

Piss poor at returns
Received new product, KZ ZS-10 PRO IEMs. I didn't open them because I decided to return them. My first request was ignored. Second request, they responded they would respond. Then they sent a 2 page email with detailed instructions on how to return them. I had to fill out the RMA form, find a shipper, wrap and ship the package, and send all the shipping info to the company. Then drive to UPS and buy packaging to send it. Cost with packaging and shipping was $17. They made a big deal about making an exception to their policy and offered to pay me $15 toward shipping. Hopefully they will. Next time I buy from Amazon. 8/5.the company was very nice as they were waiting for the IEMs to come in. They promptly refunded the purchase price after they had received the IEMs and, a few days later, sent me $15 toward the $17 I paid to return the IEMs. They were actually very nice to work with.

IEM died after only a few months of…
IEM died after only a few months of very light usage. It was under warranty, yet they wanted me to perform and record an absurdly complicated and time-consuming autopsy on the IEM that required tools I didn't have. Just such an unreasonable request, considering they were inexpensive in the first place. Won't be ordering from them again if they are so miserly about replacing defective products.

Great product, but remember...
Shipping was quick, even considering pre-order.
Sound quality feels good, but it was really different from my previous cheaper headset, which is just a question of time to get used to.
I immediately set the switches to 123 - on and it felt way nicer than base option.
Before ordering make sure that cable will be long enough for your needs. For me length is good enough, but I can't lean back on my chair.
(I'm pretty sure you can grab a longer cable separately due to "hot swap")
It has quite a big choice of swappable ear tips, but for me only the smallest one actually fit, even that I would be considered avg. size person (man, 180 cm), but maybe my earholes are smaller then avg idk.
I don't consider any of this as critical problems, but rather considerations you should remember about, while ordering.

Don't expect your shipping choice to matter
I really liked the item and I got what I paid for and fast tracking information. But I chose to have to come with DHL but I guess UPS was cheaper for them. So it got shipped with ups anyway. I even e-mailed them about it and didn't get a reply

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Items will be out of stock and won’t be online. After a week of waiting for IEM to ship they emailed saying they were out of stock they were refunding my money. Not a good response. Not something I wanted to hear. Unprofessional on their part. They don’t care about their customers. Also have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Ordered April 4th. Got refund email today April 12th

The iem's are great
The iem's are great. They fit good, the sound is nice. BUT. I live in Denmark and they used DAO for delivery, and they are not delivering to my address, would be great if they used different courier in Denmark.

Good service overall
Good service overall, but there is 1 remark, when shipping goods to the Netherlands, the destination partner is GOFO(not always). This company while cheap to use, is known in public reviews for dropping boxes in front of the door and leaving. The box afterwards can be stolen/lost. I was very nervous, but lucky, received the goods.
