Gererally excellent.

Set up is a little longwinded but I guess it has to be very thorough, and telephone support is excellent. Excellent choice of funds. Pretty low, possibly the lowest of fees and seems very transparent. Just set it up so I’ll tell you more in 8 years!

It's been almost half a year (Aug 16 to…

It's been almost half a year (Aug 16 to now) that I've been trying to do a transfer to my life insurance contract that I have for around 5 years now.

Linxea asked me for a few documents, and after a while Suravenir (the partner) asked me for a full KYC review, with avis d'imposition, bank statements, employment contract, personal documents, etc. That's expected for security reasons.

After that, I was again asked to send a signed document for "versement volontaire" with RIB, bank statements and employment contracts again. A bit frustrating, since I had already provided the documents, but ok.

But today I receive an email saying that my documents do not justify the funds, and to "merci de nous adresser un justificatif conforme s'il vous plait", without specifying which would be the valid justification documents they need.

This is a very frustrating customer experience overall, and I won't be able to continue recommending Linxea to friends and family like I used to do.
