Then send you a survey relating to the email they did not reply to.
Then don't reply when you ask why they haven't replied.
If you want decent Customer service go elsewhere.

They removed the cashout when my teams are winning but if they were losing they would let the cashout option open and offer me £0.10
Livescorebet is the only one that removes cashout when your teams are winning and then they will come with a strange answer like cashout out option is not always available but is always available when you’re losing???

Well my experience so far has been really good seems fair casino withdrawals straight in my bank less than 5 minutes and in thank you.

So I've been with Livescore bet for a few years and they valued me as a loyal customer and did monthly reviews and gave me bonuses of free spins and cash but this week because I dropped my deposit limit from £50 a day down to £10 a day they emailed me to inform me that they don't value me as "a good customer" anymore so they stopped my monthly bonuses so effectively they are discriminating against their customers who only bet little so they can🖕🖕🖕🖕

The betting is okay I don't mind the betting side. I still use the betting. The slots are the worst playing slots you'll ever play. Livescore if you get a bonus from £100 of 20p spins the bonus will pay £3 when you've spent £80 getting it. If you play one of the slots where you build the next bonus to max you'll spin endlessly for months trying to land the bonus. Can send a really smarmy email to tell you they have banned you from using the bets or gaming products but can’t send an email confirming you have asked to close the account. It’s not a good online bookies much more better out there I would stay clear and save your money on this one.

I have had a betfair.com account for 14 years i have had a bwin account for 11 years 100% fixed roulette i will close my account and never gamble with this company anymore honestly currupt roulette.

Signed up to livescore bet with the offer on the England V Norway game, deposited £10 as that was required and did the qualifying bet. Only to get an email afew days later telling me that they'd made a mistake and wasn't going to pay out to everyone that put the bet on... not only did I open up an account with these (which I don't usually do) I deposited money and used my card details online (which I rarely ever do) I've used the app to track football scores for about 15 years now.. but this betting app needs to be shut down, it's a farce and close to illegal imo.

U loose thousand bonus spins pay 7 pound, you loose 2 thousand bonus spins will pay under tenner again. U can not win,u have to loose 4 to 5 hundred before you ever get a bonus spins and its always the same.
