Being the first

Unfortunately we were the first ones to book at the hotel with Algotels after their transition from Lone Star to Wyndham. It ended up with a delay in getting booked with us having to provide additional payment before everything was sorted out. This ended up with us having long distance charges while we were on hold waiting for customer support. Everything worked out but it was a very stressful time.

overpriced

Paid via card over your site and was hacked, with extra deductions made over two times.
room over priced for the convenience of staying close to the airport, and very noisy, and no option to opt out of breakfast that was not available at the time we needed to leave the hotel.

BEWARE


On 5/20/2026 prepaid a room on Super.com for my daughter at Hampton Hilton Delray Beach Fl for a chiropractic conference. I called the hotel on 5/20/2026 to confirm that the booked reservation through Super.com was received and they stated yes for checking on 5/21/2026. -5/27/2026. My daughter flew into Delray Beach Fl and arrived at Hampton Hilton @ the reserved time and the hotel stated that Super.com cancelled the reservation. Although I had prepaid the reservation, after no success of getting a representative at Super.com I had to present my credit card in which was charged again for the full stay. I contacted Super.com and they stated that they were aware of the error and a refund would be issued . After waiting almost a week contacted Super.com again and they said because a dispute of charge was made through PayPal on 5/24/2026 they could not refund my money until the dispute was closed . I closed the dispute at PayPal and it’s been 4 days and and still I haven’t received my refund of 753.92. I even called and spoke with someone through chat at Super.com and let them know I spoke with PayPal and PayPal said the case is closed . Super.com stated that the case from PayPal is still showing open on their end ( Super.com) and I have to wait to get refunded due to PayPal issues. I just need my refund from Super . Can a manager assist me with expediting my refund ? Possibly a scamming company.
