The manager is extremely rude to her customers, the service is non-existent, and on top of that the clothes are poorly made and unattractive. A very disappointing experience.

I'm in love with the dress I bought for my sister-in-law's wedding.
Also there are a lot of gorgeous costumes and skirts in this store. I will definitely come back to buy more clothes.
I highly recommend this store.

I bought a beret with a detail made from leather imitation. That part fell in pieces after I wore like 5 times. I asked for any comments regarding the beret and they didn’t reply. As I read in other reviews (which is 💯 true) they never reply to any messages except the ones you want to purchase from them. So no thank you, I’ll never buy again from them as well. Horrible quality!

They’re impostors. Don’t buy from them. I will proceed legally against them.

I wish I did my research and read these reviews prior to placing my order at @lnfashion. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this company Ln-Family known as @lnfashion LNfashion on social media. Their customer service is really bad and just plain RUDE, they only respond when you try to to make your purchase but once you want to return anything they will disappear. Unless you have an option to try their items in person and inspect them for any damages, stains ets... I do not advise shopping with them online because if they send you damaged, dirty or items that simply wont fit your body, there will be no way for you to return it. Just do your research, read reviews and don’t shop here. There are plenty of other good retail companies out there with good and reliable customer support and that stand behind quality of their items. I don't trust to shop here anymore ever again nor do I advise you!

FAKE INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS – Did you also fell for those 800K followers, guess what they have lots of fake follower accounts, you don’t need to be a genius to figure this out

HIGHLY PHOTOSHOPPED PHOTOS, and always shown on model figures and trust me all the dresses don’t look good on any body besides super skinny tall girls so unless you size 0/XS and have model figure and height NOT the store for you

MATERIAL they always use synthetic materials which are extremely cheap and uncomfortable to wear especially in the summer or for your special occasion which I assume you will be buying your dress for. They also never indicate on their website the fabric composition which is a little shady. Usually, if you have nothing to hide then any normal company would have full disclosure about the synthetic polyester materials used for each item.

CUSTOMER SERVICE – ONE WORD TERRIBLE
They only respond to you if you looking to make a purchase the moment you will have any issues with your order which aren’t even issues, to begin with, but regular procedures like return let's say the size didn't work for you, they will give you a hard time and on top of that will be EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never encountered such RUDE customer support.

ITEMS CAN ARRIVE DIRTY and it will be your fault. They don’t inspect items properly as such you may receive items that may have makeup or dirt on them from the store “try-ons” and if you do receive an item with any defect, trust me THEY DON’T CARE and they won’t even respond to you until maybe 4-5 times you try to message. Really funny because when you try to make a purchase they always respond within hours… a little shady business.

IF YOU SHOPPING FROM OVERSEAS – please don’t shop at @lnfashion and there are many other alternatives that are way better priced than these guys and trust me you don’t want to deal with their customer support.

HEY @LNfashion ln-family if you are trying to have any return customers in the future perhaps it’s time to change your ugly attitude and terrible customer service and polyester materials used to create your items?

I was looking on this dress in every free minute. I was on two minds whether I order them at all or look for some taylor in our country. I made a big mistake. I want to support this brand, so I ordered from their page. The shipping was 40 euros, the taxes 78 euros, no matter I liked these dress.
BUT finally the size chart on their web site was terribly wrong.
The size of the clothing I received does not correspond to the measurement mentioned on their website.
The description was XS the hip girht is 88-92. My waistline is 88 and the clothing is extremely tight for me. The measurement on their website is not correct.
I made this order, as I thought it would be XS size with corresponding measurements. The real measurements was 84 in hip girht.
This was just their mistake they lied.
I lost more than 100 euros :( they have no interest.

Very very bad. don't order. She is deceived in the size. Instead of assuming the error she blocked me everywhere and no longer responds to me. no one bad, who knows him no respect.

I have ordered dresses as they look beautiful on the pictures. Dresses came dirty as if someone wore them before. Quality wasn’t as expected especially for the price. One dress came completely transparent when on the picture it looked like it’s made from a thicker fabric. Sizes do not match the description on the website.
To proceed with return there is a whole process, no concrete description on the website. They give only 7 days for return but offer no help, customer service is terrible. They just do not respond.

I ordered a dress for my wedding and it came within 5 days, just as pictured! It fits just as the size chart suggested and I'm so happy with the quality.

Terrible customer service!
Ordered four items, dress, blazer, pants and a corset. On the day I received my shipment, I immediately contacted them to tell them that the corset has one of the metal links loose as well as the blazer has a small stain from the Inside, their response was, “it’s ok it is from the Inside it is not a problem you can hide it!”. They refuse to respond for couple of days causing delays when I said it is not acceptable and I want to exchange the items with similar but in good quality then they mentioned that I have only 7 days to send it back to them from the day it was received and they refuse to pay postal fees because it is a small problem and it’s a waste of time for them!! They waisted over three days to give a response just to tell that and after I read their return policy online I saw it states 10 days and not 7 days also it says that when an item is defected, they can refund the postal fees but they refused and couldn’t find a new excuse, then they responded that the metal part is not in warranty and I can send the blazer to the laundry in my own expense !! It is defected clothes from you not a spare part of a gadget or a car!
Terrible customer service, rude and would never recommend them as they have no after sale service nor courtesy or manners.
