Dalen cooker services Ltd had to come out four times to fix our aga thermostat. The last time one of the engineers accidentally knocked the knob on our back up electrical hob and started a fire. The engineers just ran off, told lies to their boss about what happened just to get out of paying for the damage.
They are untrustworthy and cowards. Unprofessional and liars. Would not recommend or use again

I contacted Jack Green (Plumer) on a Friday afternoon to assist with an water overflow issue in a second floor flat (in a purpose built block of flats). Jack said he could be there 09:00 on Monday morning, I was able to stop the flow by turning the mains supply vale off.
Jack dully arrived on time on the Monday and within a short time located the problem, attended the local plumbers merchants, fitted the new system valve. Fixed. His personality and knowledge was great a pleasant relief in todays society.

Terrible company, I registered with them years ago, big mistake then, I got their sales patter again last year saying how good they now are, new owners, new website etc, I got a phone call from them saying I have to pay the renewal otherwise they'll involve a debt collection company, I stated that I cancelled last year but they said they won't accept telephone cancellations, I had no job enquiries whatsoever, I'm now seeking legal advice

By changing to a combi boiler, we could utilise the space occupied by the current boiler and hot water tank. This also meant a total reorganisation of the piping
Kurt planned all the changes required, installed the new boiler and pipework in a manner that could be used in a ‘Plumbing Master Class’. The result was quite amazing.
Kurt is a patient, diligent worker, who is totally reliable, and an extremely pleasant character
He was recommended to me, and I am really pleased that I can totally recommend him to others

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! THIS SITE HAS PRODUCED NO LEADS AT COST OF £240.00 FOR THE YEAR (SERVICE) WHICH IS NONE!!! I'm only 2 months in, but it's like being on the dark side of the moon, not one lead and log in is virtually impossible, I've never managed this yet, even with (temporary pass word)
LEAVE WELL ALONE, BUY LOTTERY TICKETS INSTEAD YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING A RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT, OR GIVE IT TO CHARITY AT LEAST YOU'LL HAVE DONE SOME GOOD RATHER LINE THE POCKETS OF!!!!!!!

My director got cought in a telephone sales conversation with this localtrader. Very convincing and promising ( but nothing happens ) He was more than frustrated after he got conned into an expensive service not given. Then payments where taken DD without his consent. This was very costly never got any leads. We couldnt find our add that we paid for??? out of order. When we complained about them helping themselves to our acounts this was frustrating and didnt interest them one little bit.They dont send proper closure or ending of a contract. Keep away from them. They dont care about threats or dissatisfaction as long as they get thier money. Better off puting your add in the local paper honestly. Im warning you dont waste your time or money with this company. They where very ignorant and cheecky when I complained about thier serviecs. We got no refunds back and recieved no emails of confirmation from them Dont know how the government can let these people stay in business. Minus 20 from me. The minute they call your company hang up as they may consider your call as OK for a contract.

They are on course to hit £1m turnover from people paying to advertise on their website.
I was swayed by the sales talk, despite being advertised in 8 categories my company got 5! queries for tiny jobs from them throughout the 6 months subscription period (at price of £380). And they would not want to cancel the "membership" when we wanted out.
They are not scammers, they are just woefully overpriced and ineffective.

Avoid like fire, get advertised somewhere else.
