We were a family who had booked a tent with air conditioning and a kitchen and toilet in Croatia. We are very much looking forward to going away for 14 days, but when we got there we were rejected, there had been a mistake and we could not use the tent we had booked . get, but we were refused, we could get another but without the kitchen or toilet or air conditioning, all things that we had ordered and had used for. But after several hours of back and forth, we were denied that locasun could not do anything until after the weekend, so we had to stay in that tent until someone came who might be able to make a decision.
On Monday we were then contacted again but still nothing new, we had to reject that they were still looking for something else for us? So now one more day went by, Tuesday came locason, but a proposal we could stay where we were or we could go somewhere else to another place but that place didn't have the same things for our children that we were at now, but we had to decline it was the only option or we could go home if we wanted to (we come from Denmark and had driven 1400km so it wasn't an option) but it's not right to say that when it's us who has paid for something we didn't get.
Now I wanted to see if I could find something and also quickly found something that is a bit strange when locasun said they couldn't find anything, but I found a mobile home on another site, it wasn't a tent but they had the things that we would like to have a kitchen and toilet and air conditioning, but here again there were problems with locasun, because this was a little more expensive than the tent we had ordered, but I could pay about 1700 myself - I was told more, so locasun would like to give a 15% discount and 100 euros, so I could have gotten the 15% discount myself if I had ordered it myself from their website.
All in all, I spent a whole week of my holiday writing and calling back and forth with locasun, and living in a tent without all the things we had ordered from home, and I had to find a solution for locasun myself and my holiday was then also just DKK 2000 expensive with transport to a new place, and I have heard nothing from it after this. Stay away from this company, it's okay to make mistakes but then you also have to be big enough to fix it.

We rented a holiday house in Spain through Locasun. Neither their written description nor the photos they posted of the property stated that the property was arranged over 5 floors, reached by steep narrow stairs. My daughter is heavily pregnant and we also have a 3 year old child. This made it very hard to occupy the property - indeed it was quite dnagerous for our particular party. Locasun refused to negotiate any alternatives either with us or the local letting agent.
