Very bad experience and unprofessional behavior from Casino Loco
Since last Friday, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings from Casino Loco.
I submitted all the required documents, everything was complete and confirmed with no issues on my account.
From that Friday until today (more than 6 days later), I have not received any payment and I have received no response at all to the emails I send every day.
No explanation, no reason, and no respect for the player.
The money was available in my account, and it is completely normal for any player to feel frustrated when their withdrawal is delayed and there is no communication.
Because of their silence and failure to process my withdrawal, I lost hope, played again, and lost the money — it feels like the platform does not want players to win.
This site does not care about players or transparency. It seems they only care about taking money, not about paying winnings or communicating properly.
There is absolutely no logical reason for such a long delay after all documents were submitted and approved.
I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before using this site.
