The lady on the phone was very helpful but their accounting process is awful. You have to pay upfront for 2 hours (£330) regardless of how long they are there. If there is any overpayment, they take between 7 and 10 days to refund you. I feel this is extremely unfair as they take the money in advance. Even if you have used them before they don't waiver at all.

Phil and Rod were legends, came late on and emergency call out and sorted the problem really quickly and it wasn't a easiest job either.

Byron from London Drainage Facilities was very professional, polite, and friendly throughout the whole job, and the drainage work was carried out properly and to a very high standard. I was particularly impressed with his attention to health and safety, making sure cones and the correct warning signs were placed around the work area at all times. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and carries everything out responsibly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Byron and London Drainage Facilities to anyone needing drainage work done in London.

Liam B arrived to my house this morning at 10am, he was very patient and he took his time to find where the problem was that was causing flooding downstairs to my neighbours.

I was going back and forward with my landlord and different companies and engineers trying to locate this issue with my pipe work, this was causing me anxiety and stress.

Liam found the cause and repaired within an hour.

Thank you too Liam a true hero and saved damages to my property.

Had Josh Sharkey and Byron do some major works in our property today due to a huge leak/flood from the drains. Amazing customer service, 10/10 fellas. Did what looked like a few days job in a single day. Went out there way to make sure everything was done to good standards. Amazing in general, would highly recommend.

The lads (Reece Fatt & Josh Sharkey) were and are AMAZING! I manage a busy pub in central London. In which, we’ve had issues in our ladies toilets for years now. They came in and actually resolved the issue. As opposed to giving us a temporary fix for a few hours before they’re out of order again. The lads really did the job right, even stuck cameras down to see exactly what the problem was, advised me of such. Then arranged a follow up visit to check on the progress. Cannot thank them enough even though they were at the end of an insanely long shift, they got the job done. Give them a raise!

Hi there today 12th May 26 I had Lee and Deavon visit my home for I'm greatful.

Well I must say hat's off to both of them for being very polite and well mannered, for keeping me upto date with there thoroughness at seeking where the correct drainage site was, to using a digital piece of equipment with a camera at the end to see where the issue is. Lords Will Lee and Deavon will be back to rectify the problem next week.

To London Drainage you've got a good team.

Put plastic show wrap protectors on when walking into the house and on the carpet. Very friendly identified the issue immediately did not waste time to fix and explained exactly what he had to do to fix.
Very good explained what to do to not have issues in the future.

Highly recommend Scott N great engineer.

Punctual, professional and did a good job. A bit on the pricy side.
