Great prices, fast delivery

I have not received the product, nor a response to my email about this

Do not buy from this company I ordered a item they never had it in stock I’ve called numerous times to chase my order only to be hung up on I’ve emailed asking for a refund to no reply now waiting for my bank to get involved seems like they no what they are doing 100% scam do not trust these people

Put an order in,no dispatch, phoned the shop spoke to some guy,who didn't have a clue what he was doing, cancelled order ,account now showing refund, repeatedly asking for information, no reply, is this shop going out of business or just doesn't want business?

Be careful any potential buyers,!!!

Absolute embarrassment of a company. Took my money, never delivered my item. Waited for multiple weeks. Email after email after email was ignored.

Eventually, weeks after the last of my 5 or 6 emails asking what was happening, I received an automatic email which said I would be refunded, no explanations, no apologies for their complete disregard of common courtesy not even an acknowledgement of their utter incompetence.

Waited for several days with no sign of a refund. Contacted them again and guess what, still not bothering to offer any kind of help or support. Eventually the money came through.

So to recap...
. Sold an item that they actually didn't have available
. Ignored multiple emails (4 or 5) sent over a two week period.
. Eventually an automatic message was sent. Absolutely no useful information, no apology or acknowledgement of their lack of courtesy.
. Contacted them again to ask when I could expect my refund. Was completely ignored...again.

From initially handing over my money to them to receiving my refund was around 6 weeks. Not once, in that time, did london grow enter into ANY kind of correspondence with me. Despite holding on to my money.

I ignored the bad reviews before I ordered because they were the only place that had the item. I would really encourage you to give them a read before making the same mistake I did, as this was one of the worst retail experiences I've had. Not a serious company.

Buck your ideas up London Grow, not good enough.

no replies .really long delivery

I have bought from London Grow a couple.of tome and always had good service from them. My last order i had selected the wrong size for the item I wanted and only.realised after I had placed the order. The company changed my order and even thoguh the size I wanted had sold out. They amended the order amd sent the item as soon as it came in stock. Would buy from London Grow again.

Not happy tried emailing twice got no response no phone numbwr to call. I never actually recieved soil because it was left on doorstep and was stolen!! So not happy.

Made an order totalling over £75 for free delivery.
5 working days later, nothing had been dispatched, no communications received. I emailed asking why and got no response after 2 more working days.

I emailed again to cancel my order and received a full refund within an hour. They stated that they're "having trouble with the delivery company and certain suppliers".

This is a 1* review because I wasted time chasing them and lost almost 2 weeks of valuable growing time due to their poor processes and lack of communication. And I am now back where I started!

If items are out of stock or an order cannot be processed within 5 days, this should be communicated to customers either at the time of ordering or shortly afterwards.

Their reviews seemed good on here, which is why I ordered, but I have since read their Google reviews which are a lot more realistic based on my experience.

UPDATE 4th June: received a message from PayPal that "The refund for your transaction failed" so now I have to chase it up with them again. 2+ weeks, no goods, no refund.

UPDATE 6th June: London Grow did not respond to my email, had to get my money back via a PayPal dispute. Not recommended!

Good value with prompt delivery – kept well informed via email

Fast and efficient delivery rapid

I ordered 3 different things and had no updates for a week, considering this was an order for pick-up, i think this is quite a long time. I decided to call them and they said not a single one of the items i wanted were in stock. I don't know how long it would of taken for them to contact me about this and they could've just kept me waiting for weeks.

The only saving grace is that the refund was near instantaneous after the call. I am sure if they have the item you want in stock then there probably won't be any issues, but still but it doesn't change the fact that the communication was awful.
