I recently had a HyCoSy scan and cannot recommend the London Pregnancy Clinic enough. The doctor, Mr Prashant Purohit was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain every step of the procedure, and provided highly useful, personalised recommendations for my next steps. I highly recommend the Clinic!

London pregnancy clinic was great and so easy to navigate. I was overseas during my first trimester from the states and needed the NIPT and Nuchal and got these done at the clinic. The whole experience with the Dr Zen was incredible, the technology was so advanced and felt very comfortable. Couldn't recommend this place more!

I had an early scan and NIPT test done here a few weeks ago and overall had a very positive experience. The clinic was clean, calm and professional, and the staff were friendly throughout the appointment.

The only areas I think could be improved are the communication and follow-up process afterwards. The scan files are sent through in a way that makes them quite difficult to find later, as the email subject line and sender seem to vary each time. A more consistent system or patient portal would make things much easier.

I also felt the follow-up from the NIPT report could have been more detailed and reassuring. I received a very brief reply on phone from the secretary simply stating “Low Risk,” without much context or explanation, which can feel a little impersonal when dealing with something so important and emotional.

That said, the overall experience at the clinic itself was very good, and I would return again in the future.

Great service and friendly staff

My second time going, I had such a great experience with my first scan at 11 weeks that I decided to book another at 29 weeks. Was so informative, thorough and reassuring. Excellent staff, received the report and pictures within minutes. Would really recommend at any stage of your pregnancy.

Had a very good experience at the clinic. Ms. Saskia was very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff were welcoming.

Excellent service!

I have had more than five scans here and the experience of the scans are generally good. The only thing that I have found a bit frustrating is that the reports and images can be inconsistent and requires a lot of following up with the team. For example, sometimes they’d provide reports and images on the app, sometimes it’s via email because app is down, sometimes it’s just images and not the report, sometimes you only receive one image and sometimes it’s several. I find myself spending a lot of time emailing the team who are responsive but nothing is centralised.

All the staff was very kind and friendly. On arrival we felt very welcomed. The person doing the scan was very attentive, caring, considerate and answered all our questions patiently. We felt listened and reassured. The premises are to a high standard. We would highly recommend their services.

The sonographer was very professional yet personal and I felt she was truly curious about aspects of my history/pregnancy to get a holistic view. The scan took an hour which I regard as a positive as she went through everything in detail. I got my NIPT results delivered on a Sunday during a bank holiday which I was impressed with as I didn’t expect it during the weekend.

The person who saw us was very friendly, understanding, and thorough.

The service was extremely attentive, from the initial contact via WhatsApp right through to the appointment itself. The doctor was very kind and kept us fully informed throughout the examination, explaining everything and putting us at ease.
