First and worst experience
I kept the initial issue plus the update
Really disappointed my account currency was negative after few days of my purchase. And the worst is that I stead of having someone who helps find a solution they side with the seller.
I've provided all evidence that the transaction caused the issue and it wasn't enough they ask you to provide evidence that you can only have if you have access to the game database so you'll never have a fix and they'll never assume responsibility for it. It might work for some but for me it was the first and the worst experience.
UPDATE the issue was solved in a fair way thanks to the support and the seller who finally provided the needed assistance.

Good customer support but confusing purpose

Bad customer service
Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a voucher that didn’t work. By the time they got back to me the price of the pack I wanted to buy went up.
Customer support is not willing to help me here they just send standard and mostly unrelated answers.
I’ll go somewhere else and I can’t recommend lootbar!
Update after the reply from lootbar:
They know exactly who I am and I have spoken to the vip service and several other service team members.
They are all giving the same standard answers with no intention to help!
Don’t be fooled by them!
