my first experience with lootbar
honestly first i had my doubts, but i trusted my friends and went for it, even though my potato phone ended up betraying me by unable to process the game and ended up running out of redeem time and having the refund expired, the lootbar team was very quick to support and guide me back, with my laptop i was finally able to process the game and successfully managed to top-up, it's 100% trustworthy and the experience although a bit messy at the beginning ended up coming off as smooth in the end

Amazing experience - I would highly recommended Lootbar.
From my personal experience, this site has never once failed to deliver on their promises and the support has always been amazing anytime I have ever needed an issue. The prices are relatively cheap and you always save money compared to the actual prices from the games/other sites to buy keys and other similar products. I love using them and although the delivery can sometimes take a while I still would highly recommend purchasing from them.

After posting this review, a Customer Support Manager reached out to me directly on Discord. They sincerely apologized for the tier-1 support's behavior and the miscommunication. They offered a very fair commercial compensation to make things right. I really appreciate the management taking responsibility and stepping in to resolve the issue professionally.
[ORIGINAL REVIEW] :
Just a heads-up for anyone using Lootbar for top-ups. I was VIP 4 and got downgraded. Their official customer service told me exactly this: "As soon as you make another purchase, the system will immediately restore your previous VIP Lv."
I did exactly that. After they took my money, they refused to give me my VIP 4 back, claiming their system is "fully automated" and they can't do manual adjustments.
Be very careful with their VIP system and their support team. They will write anything to make you spend just a little bit more, and then completely ignore their own written guarantees. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Bad service wouldnt recommend
Wouldn't recommend took too long to receive Plus i didnt even get it. Contacted support and they gave me some slop ai response didnt help with the problem. Overall 2/10 there are way better websites that treat you better and left an extremely rude response when i went to delete my account
EDIT:they have refunded my primos and im about to get banned also didnt resolve the issue they just made it worse. 2/10 to 0/10
