Transfer market banned - poor customer service
Pathetic customer service, after getting transfer market banned, the coin seller is just not willing to cooperate by refunding me my money. He says he needs to verify it and after providing my details two times and all the evidence of a ban, he just vanishes and leads me on rather than logging in and checking that the ban is legit (literally takes 5 seconds). It looks like no one is willing to cooperate. I was a loyal customer but would be looking elsewhere after this recent debacle. Extremely disappointed by how they handle their customers. I would advise whoever’s reading this to not choose these guys for your transaction- simply not worth it.
