I've used Lootbar for a few months now…
I've used Lootbar for a few months now and have had a mostly positive experience. The site is easy to navigate, there's a good range of items to choose from, and customer support got back to me quickly when I had a question about my order. The pricing feels fair compared to similar services, and I've always received my items without any issues.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because the higher-value rewards do feel quite rare to get, and the site can be a little slow to load sometimes during peak times. That said, it's still a fun and legitimate service, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of platform.

Account deletion or sue :)
Yo back again after being scammed my ass off on the site and got blamed for it and pressured by the site to take down my post, i'm back again to tell you guys that it's so funny to have my personnal information hold hostage by the site because i wanted to delete my account, no delete account button, you have to contact the support, then guess what i can't delete because i have a "pending paypal dispute case" and it needs to be closed to then close my account, yeah i'd agree with that if the "dispute case" they're refering to wasn't closed for like 3 weeks already, so now they're just trying to make me pay again for something i'll never receive, AND they're keeping personnal data to use against me in fraudulent actions. :)
i'll be very nice but it's most definitely the last time, either you guys contact me and delete my account and every user data related to me OR i'll just go and sue you :)
(when i was writing this i got an update from support "the dispute is indeed closed and you were given the right to keep the money.... but we didn't get the money so send it to us and we'll delete your account) i'm so suing you guys :D

NTE TopUp on Lootbar is a sh#tshow
Honestly. This is not really lootbars fault (I think) but top up services for gacha games are pretty straight forward. You put in your UID, pay, top up in game within minutes. This time I tried topping up for NTE and they did not have the standard top up service I just described. This was a honest sh#tshow. I used lootbar for zzz alot and never had a problem. But Neverness to Everness does not allow you to top up the normal way? Like why do I have to log into the game on the website of lootbar with a terrible 300ping. Like wtf is this?? Make the shit normal you guys. My UID in NTE is my lower left corner of the screen and ready for usage like always. The delivery on this game was abysmal and my money only went to the lootbar balance so I couldn't really use it for my bank without setting up more complicated stuff. Does not support PayPal for getting the money back...

Terrible experience and Not reliable
I just had a terrible experience with LootBar. I tried to use the self top-up option for NTE, but it didn't work even after three hours of trying. When I contacted customer support, they told me to use the direct top-up option instead, which costs $5 more than the self top-up price. It felt like I was being forced to choose the more expensive option because there was no other solution provided. Overall, my experience with LootBar has been far worse. I highly suggest going to official Top-up page to prevent problems or frustrations.

Poor fraud handling!
Use at your own risk! They are bad at investigating fraud or keep your account secured. The hacker is able to access my account and use the linked card without any secondary authorization! I am a VIP5 user, I spent a lot to this reach level. However, when I reached support regarding the fraudulent purchase, they said they can't help because it was already purchased! If they took the time to investigate and set proper measure, they can tell from my history that I never buy iTunes card. Worst of all, when prompted unauthorized login, I cannot change my password at all! Avoid avoid avoid, their security system is lacking. Your game account or credit card can be hacked! They might convince you to use KYC for safety shield, DO NOT, as you need to take photo of your REAL ID. It can also be leaked!
