User interface nightmare!
Web-sight said that I would need to use a homepage to use if I don't have an iOS device (which I don't). They did not tell me that the page would only be available during payment and that before I could spend my money I would be kicked off the home page. When I asked support for help they said that I would have to make another purchase to spend my currency. They said that it would be refunded if I did not process my further purchase but my currency can only be spent in increments over days. So I would have to purchase and refund daily. I am not happy, and will probably not even bother. They should have said that is was not an option for people without an iOS to begin with.

Second Review: still pretty good
This is my second review and id say that Lootbar is still very reliable when it comes to topping up in Honkai star rail, my only real complaint is that I wrote a review to get the 30 points yet its been multiple weeks without gaining a single point for my first review.
Edit: The issue has been resolved, it only took about 5 minutes to complete after I responded to the support team, very good service and helpful information in a short amount of time.

Extremely Slow Support and Frustrating Experience Due to Minor Fee Error
I am writing to express my disappointment with the current support process. While I understand that Lootbar operates globally, the response time and assistance have been extremely slow.
My cryptocurrency transfer was short by exactly $1 due to a network fee oversight. I contacted support immediately and even offered to cover the missing amount via bank transfer in order to resolve the issue quickly.
Although I was informed that an email would be sent with instructions to complete the payment, I have been waiting for several hours without any follow-up.
The main issues I experienced are:
Slow transaction verification: The time required to confirm the transfer seems unusually long.
Automated responses: Instead of receiving clear assistance, I repeatedly received generic automated replies.
Delayed communication: Each step of the process takes far longer than expected.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I acknowledge that the network fee caused a $1 shortage in my payment. However, such a small discrepancy should not result in hours of waiting and uncertainty for the customer.
I hope Lootbar can improve its support efficiency and customer experience in the future.
