Recently, the game publisher officially admitted to probability manipulation and announced a full refund program for affected users. These refunds are processed as store cancellations, meaning the money is returned to the original merchant — in this case, LootBar.

I contacted LootBar support multiple times and clearly explained the situation. Even though they will receive the refunded funds from the publisher, they refused to return the money to me or even credit it to my LootBar balance. They simply repeated that their policy considers all completed orders final and non-refundable, without addressing the fact that they are receiving the refunded funds.

This creates a situation where LootBar keeps money that is no longer tied to any valid service, since the in-game items are invalidated and the account is banned as part of the refund process.

I understand platform policies, but in this exceptional case — where the publisher itself issues refunds due to admitted misconduct — refusing to return the refunded money to the original customer is deeply concerning.

I recommend that anyone considering using LootBar be aware of this risk, especially when large amounts of money are involved.

My concern is not about applying the game’s refund policy to LootBar. The concern is that once the publisher returns the funds to you, the service is invalidated (the in-game items are removed and the account is banned), yet the refunded money is not returned to the original customer.

In this case, LootBar is not bearing a loss. The refunded amount is being retained despite the underlying transaction being reversed by the publisher.

I believe customers deserve transparency regarding how refunded funds received from the publisher are handled in such exceptional circumstances.

Extremely unhelpful Support team, a lot of their promotions don't get honored, they always have an excuse, they always make up new "rules" on the spot to avoid honoring their promotions, they will always give you the generic "You need to increase your VIP lvl for that" but they never mention it on the promotion, and never state it on their website.

Bad experience. I purchased a "guaranteed" item for Delta Force (Dark Star Guaranteed). Although I received currency to obtain the item, it was not enough to get a guaranteed drop, even after spending some of my own currency. I was forced to purchase additional currency to unlock it. This is false advertising, and support ignored my questions and did not resolve the issue.

EDIT: VIP support is just as unhelpful as regular support. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, they don't seem to understand the issue and provide responses that are completely unrelated to my concern, just wasting my time. Therefore I was forced to proceed with a bank chargeback due to false advertising. Too bad I can't attach images here because they're so out of touch it's hilarious. I'm fully convinced their entire support is run by AI and they're buying fake positive reviews on Trustpilot.
