Honestly speaking, I love the concept and how this site works. Exactly as advertised, and the feature to self-topup after purchase is a nice addition to the list.
They have attractive coupons/discounts for new users and still providing better prices for recurring member. I believe I would not be able to move away from them anytime soon. I had a very disappointing experience with LootBar customer support. I contacted them to request basic purchase information that I needed to secure my Kingshot account. This wasn’t an unusual or suspicious request — it was specifically to protect my own account from potential issues.
Despite explaining the situation, they refused to provide the information. Because of that, my account security was left in jeopardy. This was a clear opportunity for them to help a legitimate customer safeguard their account, but they chose not to.
Customer support should prioritize player security, and in this case, they completely dropped the ball. Very frustrating and disappointing service.

⭐ 1/5 – Misleading Promotion, No Refund, Poor Support
I signed up for LootBar because of their 12% promotional offer and attempted to purchase a Last War game item for $49.99.
After I completed the payment, LootBar canceled my transaction and restricted my account for unclear reasons, even though I did nothing wrong. To make things worse, I was not able to get a refund, even though this issue was caused by their system.
Customer service told me to wait two days, but after more than three days, my account was still restricted with no clear timeline. Instead, I was told to make purchases without using the coupon, which completely contradicts the promotion they advertised.
This feels like misleading advertising and unfair treatment of customers. I would not recommend LootBar.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. I purchased two $19 Starlite packs for Infinity Nikki, but both redemptions showed “Redeemed successfully” and nothing appeared in-game. The seller, Alex, promised a refund, but after 3 days directed me to LootBar support. Support said they are still waiting on the seller and may only issue a partial refund, leaving me at risk of losing $38. New purchases worked, but this whole experience has been misleading, frustrating, and stressful.
