My Poppo Live (ID: 4309755) and BIGO Live accounts (IDs: 1072430195 & 1053974434) were compromised via an RDP exploit, giving an attacker full control over my device. All unauthorized activity appeared under my IP, device ID, and location, which is why it seemed “normal” on your platform.
I have provided:
• Complete RDP and system logs showing unauthorized access
• Transaction timestamps and correlations
• Police reports documenting the breach
• Communications from BIGO Live and Poppo Live representatives confirming the compromise
Despite this, for over four months, I have received nothing but identical, generic replies both through your web feedback system and email. No audit logs, timestamps, forensic review, or technical investigation has been provided to address my evidence. Publicly labeling me as attempting fraudulent refunds without addressing the facts is misleading, defamatory, and unacceptable.

Buyer Beware - Accused of Coupon Abuse
Buyer Beware!
Lootbar seems to be an okay platform that offers affordable packages of in-game currency but they do not operate ethically whatsoever.
I made several purchases on that platform and was given, as an advertised reward, points and coupons.
When I tried to use these coupons, I was given a cryptic and poorly-worded error.
Contacting “VIP SUPPORT” I was accused of abuse (of coupons) and that I am blocked from using them.
This reveal the way lootbar operates. You are dragged in with coupons and good deals but within days your access to these benefits is blocked and you are told to make your purchase without the coupons. At that point the “discount” is barely noticeable and you might as well use official channels for purchase.
Furthermore, support, even this “VIP SUPPORT”, seems to be someone copy and pasting several predetermined phrases that are poorly worded and seem like very bad translations. I doubt they even knew what I was saying half the time.
Recommendation: use them once for the once-per-patch good deals on the max pack (for gacha games) and then buy from official sources.

I had a really good experience using Lootbar.gg The site is easy to navigate, prices are quite competitive, and my purchase went through quickly without any issues. Customer support was responsive and helpful when I had a smal question. I appreciate the fast delivery and overall reliability

I play primarily Genshin Impact and POGO (Pokémon Go) and I was worried originally but the amount of money saved and wanting to spend a bit on Genshin is what sold me to try and it worked perfectly fine. Then the hard part came out with POGO - They have to sign into your account and don't offer trainer club logins for some reason? which is unfortunate but here we are.
I tried it anyways because THE SAVINGS is ridiculous and with how little I really don't want to support Pokémon INC and Nintendo right now but I want to enjoy the game still So... I did it.
after some MFA passthroughs needed to login to my Gmail - within 10 minutes I had all my pokecoins!
