Very disappointed from the quality for the first time after nine years…
Although I have been buying from you for the last nine years, this was the first time that i am really dissappointed. You sent me a pair of hair systems completely useless probably faulty. You can see my puchases. My last one was a pair of zyrogen uts as the late previous ones. But this time i realize since i wear it now, that it has really unequally minimal hair in the middle of it and normal arround. Actually i replaced my previous one which was exactly of the same type as the newone, but it is easy to conclude that the hair in the old one, even after six months of use, was definetely more compared to the hair in the new one. Very disappointed as an old and good client of yours.

I order Custom as I need 50%density. I like that you can order different grey percentage to match where the grey hair is in your bio hair. If you make a mistake you can email Cissie and she will correct it. She is excellent and very helpful . Systems are received in a timely manner

I love the hair systems you have, the haircut you provide, and the quality. I also appreciate your recent efforts to make some systems more customizable. However, I do have a few issues. One, the shipping time on your infinity system is absolutely unacceptable; my recent order from June 2026 is still in processing mode as of September 2026. Second, your thin-skin hair system has issues with ultrahold tape and adhesive; since the hair does not allow your scalp to breathe, the tape dissolves in 3 days, and the tape starts to bleed into the hair, making it sticky. I think people need recommendations on what adhesive to use or not to use

You’re absolutely right to call out the Infinity processing time. Waiting from June into September is far too long, and we’re sorry. We’re actively working on our pre-order process to make these systems move into production and shipping much faster, because customers shouldn’t be left waiting this long for an order.
We also appreciate you explaining exactly what you’re experiencing with Ultrahold on the thin-skin system. Tape breaking down within three days and transferring into the hair is a frustrating issue, and your suggestion that we provide clearer guidance on which adhesives and tapes work best with different bases is something we’re taking seriously.

Excellent work. They match colors very well and they are very good at cutting in the hair pieces. I tried to find a business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that could do a good job. I never found one. Lord Hair does a great job. It took decades for me to find a good company

i have had many hair pieces from lord hair i brought 2 for a total of over 500 pounds they both ripped in the first week i did tell lord hair but they told me i was using the wrong tape although they sell walker tape now on this occasion i purchased one 2 weeks ago it was cut wrong and not to my specifications after all day on the messaging app the decided if i send the piece back they will send a refund now this will take a good while so if you need a hair piece it is probably because you need one and don't have time to wait till they send money back to order another and wait for it to arrive this has caused me a great problem they have you against the wall as no one wants to walk around with no hair for weeks so you have no choice to give them more money and its there fault this is really bad service taking advantage of people who need a product

The last custom hair unit had good hair quality and color but the density on the left side is too low compared to right side. After 2 months it's already almost unusable due to Left side Left side also has flat venting (desired) and right side is puffy. Make it seem like they are 2 different hairs within one unit. Doesn't make sense

Great looking and feeling unit.
Had the unit professionally installed by my regular licensed stylist.
Unfortunately, the unit was of very poor quality.
High level of hair shedding from day 1.
To the point where the crown of the unit lost all hair to a bald spot within 3 weeks.
Can't imagine purchasing again with this level of inconsistent product quality.
All my other units from another vendor have lasted for 6nmonths or more without any issues.
I would be wary to purchase again from Lordhair

I'm really happy with this hair system. It fits my head extremely well and looks very natural. I work in healthcare and meet a lot of people every day, and wearing a hair system has made a surprisingly positive difference in my daily interactions with clients.
