I gave the benefit of the doubt I’m updating my review stay clear it’s a gussler that point system they use for levels actually doesn’t pay big they say the higher the level the bigger your wins so not true keep your money play on a trusted site that you know ,better the devil you know as the old saying goes I’m staying away now valuable lesson learned

I am new to this site just tonight, and im regretting it already. £400 in and not on single bouns. I have emailed I know what there reply will be its 'random' I could understand random with some bouns.. but honestly didnt get 1 single on, even went to check how much stake I got back and it wasnt even half the amount ive spent.

I will be deleting my account while only having it opened for 3 hours the most.

I downloaded Lord Ping because I was looking for a casual mobile game that I could play without too much commitment. I know a few people who use this site and when they make a withdrawal its instantly in there bank within seconds and my 1st withdrawal took 3 hours and my 2nd withdrawal its been 6 hours still not received ive uploaded all my documents and they said its to verify your payment method i used same one as my first withdrawal and they said everyone has to wait but i know 100% they dont ive been there when my brother made a withdrawal its instantly in his bank I don't understand why mi e retaking so long when it says faster withdrawal accepted

They promised bonus credit when I made a deposit. They never issued the bonus. The customer service is designed to send you around in circles. I deeply regret ever visiting this site as I think it may be a scam.

So disappointed I chose this casino as it had 100% deposit match. I went to deposit witn the 100% match bonus activated. Checked the bonus code said my bonus And then after I deposited it didn't give me any bonus. I have been chasing chat and emails but they just say it's been escalated however the ai live chat bot is telling me a different story! Give my welcome bonus, bored of asking nicely. I wouldn't have deposited if I wasn't getting a bonus!

I have a fully verified account, I've provided a copy of my passport, proof of address, funding source and copies and all debit cards used, all approved and nothing has changed, no new changes or payment methods. The company states in emails that you will only ever be asked to provide these documents once unless any new payment methods are added etc and yet my account has now been restricted until I verify it. Locked out and absolutely no response to email.

Deposited 4 days ago and it said failed but transaction had cleared in my bank with a reference number.

Alerted customer service who said to be patient. After 24 hours I got back in touch to be told it had been sent to the relevant department. Asked for a time frame and was just thanked for my patience again while telling me about there hot and cold games 🤣.

Another 24 hours later I asked the same question - how long should this take and again the question wasn’t answered!

So this time I’ve emailed and guess what absolutely no response!

The customer service is shocking! Refuse to give any time scale when it’s their error and don’t even get my started on the chat. They take forever to reply and when you don’t reply instantly they close the chat so you have to start all over again.

Well they have 24 more hours and I’m going to send a complaint to the GA and also start a chargeback with my bank cause I’ve had enough. Shouldn’t have to chase MY MONEY.
