I used to buy lottery tickets on Lottoland. Everything seemed fine until I needed to update some account information. I emailed them repeatedly for weeks—no response, no support, nothing but silence. Completely ghosted.
Makes you wonder: if they can’t be bothered to reply to a simple request, what happens if you actually win something? Would they vanish just as easily when it’s time to pay out?
I have been playing for over 3 years through lottoland.se. They have kept letting me play and happily took my money, until now, as I won (checked numbers from megamillions own website) and saw no money appearing, so asked 2 months after winning where is my money.
They replied with a message stating that I have two accounts - which is not true - and they suspend my account! After sending two emails asking after my winning money, they have not mentioned a word addressing that question! Needless to say they have no intention of paying my winning money.
I just lost my faith in this company! Fu*k you! Keep my money a**holes! You will never see me playing here again! Burn in hel* scammers!!!!!!!!!!

They refused to close my account because it has 9 sek in it. They claim they can't close the account if there is any money in it but when I try to send the money to my bank account it says that I can't because the minimum I can send is 50 sek. So basically they are holding me hostage.
This company is your typical old-school scammer that somehow made it through the controls and got a business license.
I will be reporting them to Konsumentverket and everybody should do the same.
