Excellent experience

Excellent experience. I booked the ironing service for bed linen and shirts. It was collected and delivered back ( in a company bag) very promptly and exactly as booked. Folded and pressed, the ironing was extremely well done.

My first & last order

My first & last order; I emailed them & told them I wanted the offer of 2 bags costing £37.10. I selected 2 of these and expected to pay £74.20. Once the order was collected, there was no update in the app to confirm that the order was collected. They offered no update via the app nor any information via email, phone call or text to let me know that the order was larger than I had calculated. This is wrong because I asked them to confirm the order, even if that was not their usual methods. They collected the order but they didn’t confirm the weight of the order and therefore the price until after the service had been done and the order dropped off. The order was double the cost of the service I requested.On top of that, they delivered the order a day late but didn’t tell me it would be late until the drop off time had passed. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and will not use this service again.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. My clothes (amongst other customers) were burned over two years ago and no one has received compensation nor they provided an update in over a year. They completely IGNORE any requests for updates - let alone provide compensation. I lost hundreds of pounds in clothes because they burned them in a fire.

Impressive

Easy to book. Even our items cannot be dry cleaned nor tumble dried, the company still handled them well - unlike some others simply couldn't help at all. The live tracking for pick up and delivery was also amazing. Overall very impressed.

Excellent service

This is the first time I have used your…

This is the first time I have used your service, and I am not impressed.

I stayed home on Friday from 6 pm to 9 pm as agreed, but your courier did not arrive until 10 pm — a full hour late. This is not acceptable, even allowing for London traffic. I would have been entitled to cancel the booking at that point, and seriously considered switching to a different provider offering a one-day turnaround with a one-hour collection and delivery window instead — but I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt.

Based on our agreement, I expect my suits to be delivered to my home between 6 pm and 9 pm this Sunday. This is important, as I need them for work on Monday.

Please make sure the courier rings the bell, knocks at the door, or give me a call — under no circumstances should my items be left outside or unattended.

This has affected my trust in your service. I expect Sunday's delivery to go as promised. -

UPDATE: Sunday they delivered on time, well done. After my complaint, the company offered 10% discount and a narrower timeframe.

Unfortunately they forgot to return my suit bag which is still in their hands.

My experience with Love2Laundry was…

My experience with Love2Laundry was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

My order was delayed without proper notification, leaving me without the clothes I needed for work. Communication was poor throughout, with conflicting explanations given for the delay and repeated occasions where I had to chase for updates. I also encountered issues accessing my order details and invoice, which only added to the frustration.

What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership and the minimal goodwill offered. The compensation provided did not come close to reflecting the inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption caused. Rather than feeling valued as a first-time customer, I felt like I was constantly having to argue for basic service standards.

The laundry may eventually have been returned, but the overall customer experience was far below what I would expect from a professional service. Based on this experience, I will not be using Love2Laundry again and cannot recommend them to anyone else.
