We are away on holiday (day 5/26) and the water pump went on our hymer mercedes crossover Called lowdhams on sunday and spoke to Martin, the on-call technician. Met Martin at Lowdhams at 0800 Monday morning, fault with waterpump diagnosed, new water punp installed, systems check, paid and off we went at 0900 to enjoy the rest of the holiday outstanding communication and service from Martin and his team who displayed a kind, compassionate and can-do attitudes a credit to Lownhams Give that man a pay rise and a promotion !

We cannot thank Barry at Lowdhams enough for making our purchase so easy, explaining everything in detail, a really straight forward and informed buying experience. We love our new Dethleffs Globetrail ! Thank you also to the team in the shop who helped with our purchases and took them down to our new van, very much appreciated.

Good communication with sales rep Chris. An easy transfer to our new motorhome and an excellent explanation of how everything worked in the new van. My husband and I both learnt a lot. All in all a very good company to use for getting our new motorhome.

Purchase of new van handled efficiently by Barry. Monthly updates on build progress and delivery date. Great handover on collection day.

I would think twice before buying anything from them as they are great when you are buying something but the after sale & service department are shockingly bad. I have been asking them for more than 2 weeks for a damp report from last year. I have called the EVERY DAY and have been told they will call me back (this didn’t happen) I have called the supervisor who said that they will call me back (this didn’t happen). I asked a manager to call me and surprisingly (this didn’t happen)
I would take your money elsewhere if you were thinking about getting anything and need aftercare.
Eventually got it sorted after more calls by myself and no reply from them on a call. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Kiran always goes the extra mile to be helpful and provide excellent customer service. His technical knowledge means we have confidence in his support and suggestions.
We are very happy with service provided by Lowdhams.

Our previous experience of Lowdham’s after sales has not been good. However, we had our vehicle booked in today for a week to have several minor warranty issues looked at. However, the Service Receptionist, Laura Leigh, stated that if we weren’t in a rush, she would get the technician, Martin, to join us in our van to go through some of the issues with us. He went through the list and resolved each one of them for us, whilst we had a coffee in the cafe. Within an hour, we were able to take our vehicle back home. Nothing was too much trouble for either Martin or Laura - they are true ambassadors for Lowdhams.

Had our first Habitation check for our Sunlight Cliff we purchased last year.
Laura Leigh was our contact on this occasion and I have to say that I was very impressed with her communication. Every email I sent to her she answered in good time and came back with answers. Although it was Kieran who dealt with us when we picked up, I observed Laura dealing with other customers and telephone queries, she is obviously very good at her job, helpful and pleasant to boot! Credit where it is due.

We bought our caravan about a month ago and have stayed on Lowdhams own site.
We found We had an issue with our fridge.
On calling in without an appointment to the service centre to discuss our issue moving forward was completely surprised when Martin came out of his office and said let's go and have a look.
Martin explained everything to us and found our fridge was locked out.
Not only did Martin take the time to unlock our fridge but also showed me how I can do it in the future.
He also took the time to explain how our heating and hot water system is controlled.

We ordered our new Dethleffs Globetrail, February at the motorhome and caravan show, with Lowdham Leisureworld. The delivery was delayed and handover of the campervan was later than we originally anticipated. However Jamie Middup our sales guy, could not have done more, he kept in regular contact, updating us with any news, we could not of asked anymore from him. I'm pleased to say, our campervan has not disappointed, we love it.

From ordering to collecting our new motorhome Caroline was friendly & professional, keeping us informed on progress at all stages of.
On collection Paul gave us a comprehensive hand over, explaining all the major function of the vehicle.
A big plus was the overnight stay on the adjacent camping field to fully test the motorhome for ourselves. We found a few little niggles which were sorted promptly the next day by Jake & Martin.
Looking forward to new adventures.

Excellent customer services from decision to purchase through to delivery. All staff have been professional and friendly and seem to truly care about the customer experience.

From the friendly greeting at reception, to majority of staff saying ‘good morning’ the service we received from Jamie was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, all our questions (even simple basic ones) were answered without hesitation. Jamie didn’t push a sale, he left us to look around and get a feel for the vehicle and then answered our questions. We negotiated a fair part exchange deal. He worked extremely hard to enable us to collect our campervan early by working alongside his colleagues to enable this to happen. We certainly would recommend Lowdhams to friends and family, especially Jamie for his helpful manner.

Sale staff are friendly and have a reasonable knowledge of the product they are selling and will go the extra mile to answer any queries.
The staff preparing the final product do not appear to check thoroughly and you find snags which take some of the shine off of the product.

Every body we dealt with during our viewing / purchase of our caravan was, friendly, professional & knowledge. The whole process was very easy and enjoyable & the caravan is gorgeous and good value for money. Would highly recommend them to anybody wishing to purchase a caravan camper or motorhome.
