I was having problems making deposits with my debit card. The host reached out to me to see if they could help. I realize they operate on deposits, but the professionalism the customer success staff has is top notch. If I had my own company I would snatch this staff up. Lol. They run a stellar organization. I won twice on this site. I found the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Some days you win and some days you lose like all casinos. My last win was over $32,000!! I do love playing on lucky red and sister casinos. But I have to say every time I verify a credit card for a payout I find there are fraudulent charges on that card. Some cards have only had activity on that card and it was within a month or two from the issuance of the card. So casino and games wonderful!!! Protection of your card info not so much.
