This guy is running a straight-up scam operation.
I ordered from him once. After 4 weeks of zero communication and 4 unanswered emails, I had to file a dispute before he finally responded. He finally responded to me within 2 hours of filing the dispute. He gave me some bs story as to why he never responded to me.
Like an idiot, I gave him a second chance because the first print looked decent. Figured I would give him one more chance. Ordered another print in the beginning of June,
It’s now been another 4 weeks and he’s doing the exact same bullshit all over again — no tracking, no emails, no response. Complete radio silence.
This isn’t bad customer service. This is a pattern. He takes your money, ignores you, and only reacts when you open a dispute. I had to open another dispute with this guy and he still hasn't responded after a week. I will never do business with him again. Been nothing but a headache and a massive inconvenience.
Luke Leal is a joke. Terrible seller, zero integrity. Stay far away from this clown and his website.

Ordered from the UK and it arrived when expected. Beautiful piece! Will definitely be buying again.

ordered three pieces but had an issue with delivery. Luke fixed the issue and when they were delivered, I was blown away! I got the biggest sizes they had for Medusa, Icarus and the fall of Gabriel. They are better than anything I ever would have pictured and I am obsessed

Never sent what I ordered, no updates, no response to emails (to two different email addresses) and message on TikTok account video.
Disputing with my credit card company to get a refund.

High likelihood of a scammer. I ordered a product from him 1 month ago and never received it. Countless attempts at contact via his personal Gmail, website, Instagram DM, and Instagram comment section. As others have described, he appears to use the same exact excuses, saying he's sorry, it's just him working, he's too busy, trying his best, etc.

Then he'll get arrogant and defensive, and begin to talk about his "millions of followers" and how you can't compare to him.

You may get lucky to get a response from him in his comment sections, if you begin to make his "business" and "reputation" look bad. He'll finally say he sent the package out to be shipped, but ends up being a ghost/lost tracking number.

He refuses to handle lost shipping concerns and thus refunds, alleging on his website, that it's not his problem. Sorry, pal, you didn't fullful your end of the deal. Consumer paid you in full for your goods, and you failed to uphold it or make an effort.

Buyer beware.

1 MONTH UPDATE:
After more social media comments under his posts, he messaged back. Then finally opened his DM and communicated through that. Refund was issued. Says he's hired at least one other person now to help him manage parts of his business...

Very awful service...never return messages except one time telling me he was trying hes best 🤨🚩 scam....never received it😡

Since the order I received no emails from him regarding anything.

Tried messaging him multiple times through all the emails provided on his website to no luck.

I also tried reaching out on Instagram and tiktok to no luck.

After 10 days I made a claim through PayPal to claim back my money and finally he messages apologising.

He said he was the only person running the business and it was hard to manage.

However he still found the time to keep posting on his socials constantly throughout the 10 days.

Felt like a scam... I'm sure If I didn't chase up on the situation my money would be gone.
