I have been scammed before and so I take care when entering details for a new purchase. I decided to try this highly publicised tea and have ended up with 3 unwanted and unorderd night time one as well. As soon as your crd details go into the purchase application they can use it again and again.
Take no notice of the honeyed word claiming to be very accessible and returns can be made anytime. They don't tell you how you get email after email obstructing your return. Nor that you are not eligible for a return label to goodness knows where at your own expense.
I wish I had read the reviews before the ads. I am one of many with the same response to claims for help. Don't touch them.

The product is not of a satisfactory quality. I noticed no difference at all. I tried to cancel my subscription back I. July and since then they have continue to sent me the product and debited my account. I have alerted my credit card provider of the fraud.

Don’t waste your money ! Absolutely no use and no help with getting your refund back because doesn’t work. You use it for 30 days then when you’re not happy you can’t get your refund back! Avoid like the plague

This company simply refuses requests to cancel subscriptions which they automatically set up. I requested a cancellation, was told to do this through their website and sent a link which doesn’t work ( from the reviews, this has happened to others). I emailed to request they cancel the subscription and assumed they had until another order arrived and payment taken.
I emailed to request that the subscription had been cancelled previously and to remove my data from their system and to not send any more products. The customer service agent (Mia) is refusing to acknowledge my request by offering discounts, a temporary break in the subscription etc.
I have repeatedly said I do not want a subscription, I simply want my ‘subscription’ cancelled and my data removed. This has still not happened, this whole experience is very stressful and frustrating . I just wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this company .

Loosing weight and a safe product that works well and inexpensive

Started feeling cleaner and less bloated within a week. The company has been very helpful when I had a few enquiries. You can't loose any thing by giving it a go.

I'm new to the product and love the flavor which makes wanting to drink it more often and I'm not a know to just drink tea but I am!!

Like other reviews I have been trying to cancel a subscription that I did not ask for.
Have sent numerous emails and as yet don’t know if subscription has been cancelled.
I have put it in the hands of my bank.

Good information

I received a transaction notification from my bank today of a £43 pending payment to this company. Then later an email that my order had been shipped! No knowledge of ordering from them again. Looked into it and have been automatically put on a subscription plan to receive tea bags every 3 months! Had to contact them via their request form on website and have spent most of the day emailing backwards and forwards trying to cancel the subscription. I must be speaking to a robot, because they can’t grasp the fact I do not want to pause the subscription, I want to cancel it! Trying everything tactic to make me change my mind. I will be contacting my bank and reporting as a scam.
Avoid at all costs!

Your response to my review is shameful, as are the countless emails with tactics trying to get me to stay! You say you have No knowledge of any order, when I have received another email this morning of the shipment!
Plus the countless back and forwards emails yesterday with Mia from your support team. The last one offering me 15% discount!!
All I want is the automatic subscription cancelled.

I have now received a full refund and confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled.

The tea tastes great! I've not been using it long enough for any noticeable improvements yet. I do notice added energy.

This is a scam , as soon as you purchase a product they add you to a subscription so they can bill your credit card. You really do not have access to talk directly and all contact is through a portal. I called as soon as I saw thatvI was charged in American dollars and not canadian to cancel my order and they didn't cancel my order saying it was already processed which las a lie. Do not purchase NOTHING with this company it's a scam
The subscription # has been given and the only thing I get as a response through your email is the ti ket number has been created .no confirmation of any cancelation, no possible to speak with a person but only Mia sends a response

Very informative & willing to offer help

The product tastes good and I like peach flavoured tea since I don’t drink teas or coffee but I find this tea works for me quite well.

I enjoy the taste of the tea as my bedtime companion. I continue to take Lulutox in an effort to improve my digestive tract and gut health. I would prefer a natural unbleached bad rather than a synthetic material but it’s not affected my purchase. I do feel pressured to buy huge quantities and would prefer to. Buy smaller quantities regularly as the sales techniques are quite bullish! I have ample supplier and I will buy again as I like the product.
